Great Shocks, makes a huge difference, would buy again

So far so good! All parts came with fast shipping and all parts! Nothing faulty and runs smooth! I got NGK coils and spark plugs plus a serpentine belt. Price was great too! Half of auto zone

They was represented as white air shocks and got black shocks, not what i ordered.
They was the right fitment just wrong color

The company sold me high end spark plugs for my car that were advertised to fit my vehicle. 3 months later upon my return from abroad I tried to replace them and not only are they not for my vehicle, but they do not even fit the thread. Customer service declined to refund, or provide store credit due to the order being over 30 days. It is infuriating that when someone sells you a part and promises to fit your vehicle, only to wait over 30 days to deny refund when it is them in the first place that false advertised it. Horrible business and customer service and I will never buy another part from them again.

Ordered some spark plugs and they were the wrong ones my bad. I sent them back after filling out there dumb return paper, and was never reimbursed. Now they won't give me any money without the tracking number. Wont ever order again. Joke company

Shipping is misleading and although customer service was 'friendly', they still didn't do much. I paid for express 2 day shipping and it took over 2 weeks to get delivered to the wrong address. Horrible experience and highly disappointed.
*UPDATE* Yes, you refunded shipping but it still left me without a car for over 2 weeks! Plus they shipped with USPS after they told me they would ship with FEDEX or UPS and because of this it caused more issues. Just all around bad business.

I ordered 6 pack of BOSS filters from Walmart (sixity auto was the 3rd party seller) for around $80, and they sent me 6 TECH filters, which are a fraction of the cost. I will not be doing business with this seller again.

The sent my spark plugs to another address. They duplicated my billing address even if I typed my correct shipping address. They are irresponsible.and have bad customer support. Don't buy from this store!

I'm updating this part because they replied, but I can't reply to their reply. I contacted customer support before leaving this reply. And they said they were sorry but that they couldn't change the address because it was shipped. That WAS A LIE! I emailed immediately after I saw the error, and they answered at noon the next day. The could have edited the address. They could add an edit address button, after you order. And they don't, and are not willing to add it. They made a mistake and were incapable of fixing it. They don't care about the customer, just about selling. Don't trust this company!

Second reply to their edited reply. I input the correct shipping address and the system changed it. It didn't ask for any confirmation. So you keep lying to maintain your supposed trust. You should be ashamed of your passive aggressiveness. Being polite and not be accountable doesn't resolve your poor shipping and customer support. Don't buy from this seller!!!

bought harmonic balancer crankshaft pulley online at Wallmart from SixtyAuto with terms and condition of non returnable part. Came cracked pieces and scratches bends. So they selling in advance broken stuff But they did not want to accepted back thx to wallmart they make return happen. Do not buy anything online! Basically you paying only for picture what you see no actual real merchandise....this is ugh

I placed an order for the wrong part I told them I need to swap it out the lady told me it’s already processed that I have to wait get the product and then return it when all I wanted was a simple swap or refund the money so I can buy the right part mind you I placed the order 30 min ago online
