Very well planned out course it covered the basics as well as the more technical aspects of setting out and engineering. The instructor Matt was very friendly and clearly had a lot of experience and knowledge of the subject he was teaching. The site was well set out with plenty of room for parking. There was plenty of food and snacks provided. The number of people in the course was also not too high either meaning Matt had plenty of time to go over examples and scenarios with each person when needed. Overall this was a great experience and i would recommend it to anyone who wants to get into site engineering or an existing engineer wanting a bit of practice and insight.

The overall course I completed with Matt gives a great overview and wide knowledge in setting out / Total station usage / Dumpy level usage. I learnt a great deal in the week I was with Matt and credit to him he is a great teacher / Engineer. Overall the course is 100% worth the time.

Matt was brilliant, taught me with very little experience how to use, set up and read total stations as well as the dumpy levels. He also explained how to fill out the level book and work through the different formulas to get the correct readings and results. The course was well structured and well worked through, as somebody who's done surveying before, it's been a long while since I've used those instruments again, and this course has everything you need to re-engage you into it. The course goes down to the very basics of the surveying works and pushes through the different ways of getting a job done, which allows you to gauge the level of work needed for the type of jobs, plenty of practice time, plenty of theory work and explanation, it will be very hard to not learn anything from this course.

I was added on to the course at last minute,in addition with my husband, which was a best decision I have taken. I enjoyed each day and felt knowledgeable.
Matt is a very good teacher, he explained every thing in a very interactive way and cleared all the doubts.
I recommend you take the course, you won't regret it.

Matt Great Tutor, I had a great experience with Matt, as the way he explained is outstanding and he explained the course with the practical scenarios. His Practical practice in this course is highly recommended and he is very kind person as well.
