Extremely helpful support, and there when you need it!

I had an issue with a website hanging due to an issue with PrestaShop - I spoke with Raya in the live chat and we were able to get the site back up and running quickly, and she was then able to check the server while I found what was causing the issue (a sendmail bug in PrestaShop). They don't offer web development support, but what they did offer was absolutely essential to being able to quickly locate and then avoid the problem from recurring. Superb!

I have been using Siteground for over…

I have been using Siteground for over 20 years. The service is exemplary. I don't ever recall the site going down in the 20 years, and the customer service goes above and beyond. They are there 24/7 to help and take the time to completely resolve any issues that you have.

It's been years since I've hosted with…

It's been years since I've hosted with SiteGround, and I now find myself wondering why and wishing I had remained with them. I've come back and the experience has been stellar. Hand holding for moving sites and top notch support fir every query. Thanks Tudor, you're a star.

Rusi solved my problem

Rusi was extremely helpful and was able to work out what the problem was and helped me to make the necessary adjustments on my Mac. He was quick, helpful and very friendly. Thanks a lot.

The BEST Oh my gosh they saved me from…

The BEST Oh my gosh they saved me from hosting who left my website off-line for ages while they were messed up my files because I couldn't be able to extract them reasonably but these guys saved me within a few hours. My website is live they migrated it, and I'm no longer bleeding rankings avoid hosting /er and definitely use these guys. The customer service is top tier & you actually speak to somebody in the UK. thank you that's right I am well protected I can I work with I keep trying.

So far so good

So far so good. I am moving over 100 websites to SiteGround from my previous hosting. I have changed hosting due to many malware attacks and unhelpful service from my previous hosting.

SiteGround support is easy to reach via telephone and chat and I am surprised that there has never been a queue to reach support agent.

The agents are well mannered, super helpful with sound technical knowledge.
