Never having dealt with this company before I ordered one polo shirt, which arrived today.
I am exceptionally pleased, with both material quality, and workmanship, although I could go on about the product, it’s probably best to just say, as as proof, I’m in the process of ordering more of their merchandise.

On my first order, the polo shirt I ordered was stained. The team took care of me and refunded me. I then ordered two additional Under Armor polo shirts that look and feel great.

Many thanks Taylor my items arrived this morning and as expected are of the highest quality. Very pleased and I would certainly recommend SIS TRAINING GEAR as a very reputable company.

Despite a slight delay in arrival, NOT due to the owner but the ‘as featured on TV’ delivery company - the owner contacted me sharing his heartfelt disappointment too. Now re-sent by him via Royal Mail, I’ve found the product to be absolutely superb and the speedy contact with the Chief of Section, Taylor was refreshingly brilliant.
Well done him. Mission accomplished.
Now I need to get fit!

I received a shirt on Christmas Eve but it was just 1 of a 2 part order. I decided on December 27th to check on the other shirt, and replied to the order email, enquiring where the 2nd part could be.

I received a reply within seconds explaining there is a slight hold up due to Christmas, and the 2nd part will be sent very soon.

You cannot fault a business working that hard.

I loved the SIS shirt I received, but sadly, it tore at the collar the first week I had it. I contacted the company and their response was both unexpected and amazingly generous. The owner of the company expressed his apologies and offered to send me another shirt, to replace the shirt that tore. A week later, I had my new shirt! I could not be happier with the service I received. I was astounded at how nice the owner was and really appreciate his kindness. I highly recommend both these shirts and the company, as they obviously want to keep their customers happy and they back up their products with real integrity.

This hoodie is of great quality and fits as described. However the customer service is at another level. Dare I say the best I have ever encountered. I truly believe this brand is destined for greatness.

I purchased two of the cheaper shirts to start. I wanted to make sure the fit was right for me. Fits better than expected and definitely worth it. I will be purchasing the more expensive shirts in the near future.

I have ordered from S.I.S several times and have had a stellar experience each time. Most recently they accidentally sent me the wrong size on a tee shirt. I politely emailed them about it and they responded immediately, and rectified the issue at no cost to me. Excellent products, fast & secure shipment, and unparalleled customer service. Still waiting on an order that I placed at the end of November tracking information is useless as it’s coming from Latvia for some God knows why reason thought it was a UK company,

I have purchased quite a few products over the last year and found them to be of high quality and reasonably priced. I have also purchased some T shirts for my partner and she loves them. The owner of S.I.S. is very helpful with any questions on size etc and excellent customer service. Overall, an excellent company with some quality products.

Got to say, the quality is poor. It’s a dull, faded looking blue compared to the tops on the movie. Why can’t you use standard compression shirt material? (Spandex/lycra/elastane). Like regular gym gear. It would be a better colour, better fit, cheaper and easier to produce and more like the shirts in the movie

I ordered a regular t-shirt for my husband who’s big and tall but athletic so the normal shirt didn’t fit well. I contacted them, they got back to me immediately, offered a refund or an exchange. They also offered a different fit so I went ahead and it arrived quickly. The fitted one was a great choice, fits well, the material looks great, didn’t shrink after washing. Absolutely satisfying.
