3 months to arrive, and they don't want to accept a return

Bought a dress at the beginning of Feb. for my daughter to wear to a school dance at the beginning of March. Tracking showed the item was shipped from China but hadn't even left the country by March 1st. Bought a similar dress locally for her to wear to her dance and waited two more months for the one to arrive from Sisterparty. Now trying to return the item and I have to provide pictures of the item to prove it's the correct item. After that they offer a 14% discount to keep the dress or $25 dollars off my next order, as if we would really want to order something from them again. I tell them NO I just want to return it, and they still try to give me offers to keep the dress. Although they do respond quickly to emails, they try to do everything possible to avoid letting me return the item. It took 3 months for the dress to show up and now I am playing email tag just trying to return the item. DO NOT purchase from them. They may have a few good reviews but look at all the bad reviews about how long it takes to get your item, and how difficult it is to return an item. Looking at reviews it's about a 50% chance you will have a bad experience with your purchase.

Horrible

First of all took a month and a half to receive my order and the entire time I couldn’t track it because the tracking number they give you never works. I will say their customer service team always answered within a day but really weren’t helpful. Now I wanted to return it (I asked customer service their return policy before and they said they do refunds within 30 days) now I asked to return it and they asked for photo evidence of it not fitting me ????? And told me I can’t even get a full refund and they would give me $15 refund or $15 store credit. I paid over $40 for my item.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Don’t buy from there. Take forever to ship out and I ordered two months out. I requested a refund before my shipment even got sent out and I haven’t even received my refund yet, it’s been more than 10 days

TAKING MONEY AND NO ORDER

I gave 1 star and that is even too much. I tried ordering a dress and they said my credit card is declined, so I tried again to put all my credit card informations. Little did I know, they took my money both times without even confirming the order. So right now I am without the money and also dress is not shipped. I sent this company an email that I want my money back so we will see.

DO NOT DO IT. Takes months to ship, didnt deliver to my house even though I put the correct address, so I had to go through GOFO shipping company, which is awesome if you wanna be on hold for 3 days, two hours at a time to reach somebody to re tell them your address. And when I finally got my 3 dresses I ordered, they told me one was out of stock after I already purchased it, and I got sent the complete wrong dress, so I only got ONE of the 3 dresses I ordered. Inconvenience after inconvenience. Save yourself the hassle and order on shein because that’s how low the quality is.

Would give zero stars if it was an…

Would give zero stars if it was an option I ordered a dress in February and never received it.
Contacted sister party.com they advised me the dress was on pre order it did not specify this on website when I purchased nor when I checked again. I waited a few more weeks still nothing
I requested a refund which I was told they had issued. We are now mid April
Still no dress or refund
Stay away do not lose your money to this scam website!!!

My order took forever and there is no way to return anything

First of all my order took months to get to me. You can't track the order. They give you a number but sends you to some wonky place. When it finally got here some of the items didn't fit very well and I now want to return some of them. They say to contact Customer Service at the email on the website. The email doesn't work. I get a system error. There is no phone number. There is no way to return them. I won't ever order from here again.

Worst clothing company I've bought…

Worst clothing company I've bought from. Took over 3 months to arrive, looked nothing like the picture. Refund took months and you had to take multiple photos of all the clothing items to refund which also took month to go back into your account. They take weeks to answer their customer service email.

Items not shipped - may be a scam

My order was apparently shipped on 3/5/25 (placed on 2/23/25). Still haven’t received a single item and the last update I have said “USA arrive at international airport” on 3/19. The tracking link they sent me seems like a scam and I am starting to think I’ll never get my items. Seems like I’m out $100. Will not purchase from here again and don’t recommend it for anyone else.

Site states “7-20” days to receive

Site states “7-20” days to receive. Ordered Feb 21 for a trip on April 10- 43 days ago and I still haven’t received the items! I’d def not recommend. 1 of 3 items did arrive. That one came by plane- the rest by shipping container. Beware.

Ordered on 2/26/2025 to have the items for a trip planned for April. I am leaving tomorrow and have yet to receive the package. Contacted support this week and they told me that I should receive it in another 2 weeks. Don’t bother ordering from here. They should really put a disclaimer that it’ll take up to 2 months to receive your order.

Order was never shipped

No shipping updates, item took over three weeks and had no updates to whether it had been shipped. I emailed and after 3 weeks it hasn’t even been prepared for shipment- i was promised twice it would be shipped in the next 24 hours and never ever was. I then cancelled my order as it still hadn’t even been prepared. Avoid at all costs!!
