We recently had the pleasure of inviting Sisko Trading to our house to have a brand new boiler installed alongside new radiators, as well as brand new pipe work throughout the whole property.

From our first initial survey with company director Jeff, he explained clearly what the work would include and the high quality materials they would be using. Their quote was competitive and clearly itemised so we knew exactly what we were being charged for.

True to his word, we are delighted with the top-of-the-range boiler they installed which comes with a 10 year warranty, alongside new radiators and a brand new bathroom suite.

We are so impressed with the work and equally amazed at just how quickly our home now warms up when turning on the rads.

I would not hesitate to use Sisko Trading in the future and once again would like to personally thank Jeff for his exceptional customer service, friendliness and advice.

Our old 14-year-old boiler after the initial attempt to repair by another company (separate review left for them) was not economically viable to be repaired and 'died' in the process of repair with another fault, thus no heating/hot water at all.
So, there was a mad scramble to find the most reasonably priced/quality/popular boiler and after lots of research 3 brands were in mind. After a lot of searching with quite a few comparison sites who gave quotes without viewing the premises (there could have been many more issues raised on the day of installation if that selection was made). I booked appointments with 3 installers who visited the premises on the day (Friday) and estimates/installation lead times to were given. The online prices were slightly lower but I preferred the personal visit and review of the current boiler location etc. This included the visit by the Sisko representative.
Sisko offered not only the best (off line) price but also the most helpful and transparent advice/guidance to help me choose the right boiler for my home.
My timeline:
Thursday- Current boiler dies
Friday- Estimates/home visits.
Sunday- Installation.
Sales Experience: Booked the appointment on the Friday and a home visit appointment was available on the day. The sales representative was knowledgeable, understanding courteous and supportive throughout the process. He took the time to explain all my options clearly.
Installation: They were good enough to accommodate the installation of the boiler on the Sunday (we were not home Saturday), which was a pleasant surprise. The engineers arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and polite. They completed the job to a good standard barring the minor hiccoughs (as can happen with most jobs). They left my home taking away all the old equipment and as clean as reasonably possible.
Customer Service: From the first phone call to the final handover, the team at Sisko Trading was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to delivering great service. There were no hidden costs, and every step was communicated clearly.
Overall Verdict: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sisko Trading to anyone considering a boiler replacement (not sure if they cover outside of the midlands). Their pricing is competitive, their service is top-notch, and their team is trustworthy and friendly from the initial pleasant booking call to the representative home visit and then the final installation.

Excellent service. No hard sell or pressure. Out of 6 quotes this was best and info and help given to choose best boiler for my circumstances. Fitters were efficient, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Took trouble to explain everything. Took everything away, cleaned up, no mess left. Would highly recommend.

I got the three different prices from different Company sisko give me best price and more information person next day gas engineer came my home and installed everything with clean way and they explain me everything very well I recommend everyone try sisko top and best ever very trustworthy
