Me and my husband recently remortgaged our house. I won’t lie, it got off to a slow start but we got an offer eventually. It took a long time to complete as the solicitors chosen by the mortgage company were absolutely terrible! Slow! Incompetent! Unprofessional! But as soon as Toby took over our case, he was on the ball! Chasing the solicitors non stop to try to ensure we got the completion date asap. Unfortunately it wasn’t easy for him as the solicitors were pretty bad but he didn’t give up chasing and trying to get the mortgage over the line. He constantly stayed in touch with us to keep us in the loop! We’re really grateful for all of Toby’s help in securing our remortgage

Luis Lee and Andy Jacovou have been proactive, attentive and efficient throughout the recent transaction we did together.

This was a complex, multi-faceted transaction with multiple properties and both regulated and unregulated elements.
