After purchasing EA, I did not receive any support. They didn't even send me the licenses for my accounts.
Therefore, I demanded a refund.

scam

they sell out to you that their bots will do the job of buying and selling while you sleep. when you are losing or blew up your account, they will blame it on you with so many accusations, market changes etc as their excuses. they just created their bots to get paying subscribers.

Nothing special with this EA (Swing…

Nothing special with this EA (Swing VIP), just an ordinary Grid strategy type of EA, whose Entry is not precise.

14 days money back guarantee is just for damage product, so cant really get a refund in case you are dissatisfied.

This company just care about their sales, once you purchased the product, they dont care any more.

No update support for their products, unless you give them a good feedback, a nice way to fool others.

in short.. AVOID!!!

News filter that doesn’t work . Small profit before ‘unforeseen’ ‘volatile’ market wipes out any profit made . Wouldn’t even think about it if I was you.

Swing VIP EA

I'm very impressed with this EA. I'm using it now for about 3 week and my account is up 15%. I was in a drawdown for a few days and the EA was smart enough to take the proper trade to closed in profit. I used a few EA before and so far this is the best one. I will continue monitoring the results for the next 30 days, as I'm planning to get another EA (MG Pro) The team is very responsive and always looking for ways to help.

Bots will blow your account. Stay away!

I tried Swing VIP during November and December of last year. I used the recommended configuration and demo account with $ 1,000. The drawdown grew to more than 60% of the account. Support recommended me to increase the capital, I put $ 1,000 more but the drawdown grew until the account was liquidated.
I made my complaint as I had written several times and asked if I should manually close the trades to avoid bigger losses. They attributed the problem to the market and told me that for low drawdowns, I had to use MGPro. They sent me the bot for free!
I started testing the MGPro in demo for two weeks and the results were very good. I moved the bot to a real account with $ 2,000, using the recommended settings. The results started well and at the end of the second month, there was a profit of $ 700 and a drawdown of 25%.
By the third month, the drawdown had doubled. I wrote again and the response was similar. They asked me to deposit more money to take care of the account not to be liquidated and to keep the operations open until the trend reverses.
For the next two months, drawdown continued to grow. At the same time, they published on Telegram and Instagram that the market situation was extreme but that the bot would close in profit or break even all the trades. They also posted updates with results that were not visible on my bot. My bot kept opening trades against the trend until they finally suggested that I close the trades and take the losses. I was lucky and bot closed most of the trades, was left with only CADCHF in losses. Drawdown improved and when I was down $ 700, I closed the account and broke even.
They ran more ads touting how good the bot was and saying that new customers were scared, but old customers knew the bot was responsive and never cared.
I turned the bot back on with the $ 2,000 account. Drawdown grew again until they asked me to put in more money. I put in $ 1,000 more. Drawdown grew till -$ 2,500! That is, this bot would also have burned the account.
They published that the problem was the brokers, that the Swap was very high and that, due to this, the bot could not close the operations.
They published that the market was weird.
I sent them the link to MyFX, I sent them the full MT4 report, I sent them about 20 emails… They never checked my information and their answers were oriented to the results they obtained in their accounts… What was wrong with my bot?
In the end, they are not responsible for the malfunction of their products. They blame the market and the brokers.
Now I have a loss of $ 1,500. They told me to close the trades, loose the $1,500 and recover with the same bot. That I also should switch to Opoforex so that the results are different.
I have lost $ 700 and now $ 1500, total $ 2,200. The bot has been off for more than a month and I am operating manually to lower the loss as much as possible.
I have no confidence in this company or its products. All they do is promote and then blame the poor results on other factors. By the way, they want to force us to switch to a broker that has bad reviews and is not regulated.
I wonder, if they are not responsible for the malfunction of their products, what will happen if the broker disappears with the money of their clients? They will surely not be held responsible either. But they will have sold the bots and commissioned from the broker. And the clients?
I do not recommend buying these products. Now I have received the new versions of both bots and I have put them to work in demo. They will stay like this for at least 6 months and if the results are different, I will do a new review.

UPDATE 1: As you can read in the company's response, they are not responsible and are always looking for a way out so that the client, the market or the broker is to blame for the bad results. The bot update was sent at the end of last month ... Now they say that I should have used the new version even though they sent messages recommending that we wait for the bot to close operations and then make the change. They will NEVER assume any responsibility or seek to compensate the client.
I recommend analyzing the ratings posted here. If you look only at the organic responses, you will see that 50% are bad ratings.
If you look at the responses of the people who were invited, the results are different ...
I will put an update again in 6 months with the results of the "new bots"

UPDATE 2: Sinryadvise sent me an e-mail:
"Good day, your MGpro licence has been expired due to your UNFAIR reviews, please note we have verified results on myfxbook and all other clients are ok with the results."
So... Do the math and decide if you want to trust these guys...

UPDATE 3: Bots don´t work. These people don´t read your emails, they will blame you for the losses these crappy bots will cause you. STAY AWAY!!

First off I would like to say that last year we had just started our operations and perhaps our support and help was not that adequate, we apologize for that.

However our company has improved over time at a rapid pace and we have reached new levels of customers service and assistance.
Having said that I would like to bring to your attention the very simple fact that the performance of tools are reliant on two factors; the user and the environment its used in.
We unfortunately to say really do not control the market conditions nor how the tool is used by the user.

I also couldn't help but notice that when you recovered from your losses you said "I was lucky that the bot broke even" wouldn't it be fair to say that you were lucky the bot worked fine? I really think your issues with our products are also related to your lack of patience and suspicion.

In terms of brokers, we stand by what we said the performance of the broker's parameters such as server speed, spread etc. do directly affect trading performance. The market during the time you traded was challenging, I believe you kept trading with the older version of the robots since you say you didn't close your trades as you waited for the reversal.

However do understand that we constantly update our products to match the market changes. So trying to trade in a new live market with older tactics and strategies is not that fruitful.

Update;

Mr Francisco,

In the second part of your message you complained that our bot update was the end of last month, while it was 3rd of May.

Afterwards you are saying we will never compensate or take responsibility, when you complained of your Swing VIP we gave you MG Pro for free to make you satisfied, which at the time MG Pro was more expensive than Swing VIP 288$ You come to Trust Pilot and write a long review and we try to help and be understanding, but you seem to just blame us without really trying to work with us.

Alternatively, we have updated our product so lets assume maybe back then it didn't work that well. How ever many people are very happy about Swing and MG you come and keep complaining when you had only purchased it back then at a much cheaper price and for that we also offered you a 10% discount and still gave you free MG.

There is no issue with trust, we are quite open and transparent you can scroll and see through the experiences of others that you are dismissing, we just do not understand why you seem to have a specific type of vendetta towards us acting like we do not care about customers and further dismissing the opinions of other customers here just because we had invited them, this just doesn't make sense to us.

In conclusions we have cancelled your MG Pro and let you keep Swing VIP which has a life time license key that we are happy to give you access for the future updates.

We always read our emails if you scroll down you will notice that most if not all inquiries have been answered on Trust Pilot as well as other platforms(you can read that from the reviews). You also have to understand that we are a small company and at times we are busy and cannot get to everyone's emails at once.

To be quite Frank we have been reading even your negative responses despite not really having an obligation to you after your repeated slander of our company and employees, your misrepresenting commentaries and your unthankful demanding approach to us even though we had even reimbursed you with a free tool.
