Do not order from this company if you expect delivery within a reasonable time. 2 weeks and still waiting.. Emails requesting status updates unanswered.

The best quality swimwear wow! I ordered shorts for my boyfriend and myself the bikini and I’m honestly obsessed! The quality is amazing, arrived so quick and my boyfriend looks amazing in the shorts, they just look so expensive and high end! Cannot fault at all! Only thing I would say is Can we get more colours please!!!

Order a pair of swimming trunks on 2nd of July and never received anything so far. First the girl from costumer service replayed quickly and friendly, they are out of stock and will have delay. I agreed, and got informed about sending it on 2nd of August. But now .... no answer anymore, money lost ... no reaction to my request for refund or delivery. JUST DONT ORDER AND LOOK OUT FOR ANOTHER COMPANY.

If you are 100% sure the items you order will be correct, then all good. Otherwise, avoid this company at all costs. They are scammers with zero customer service in place. They have no real returns process - send back to an address they give you with a note inside (at your own expense). I sent back 1 pair of shorts 2 weeks ago for a refund, following the instructions given. I have heard absolutely nothing from them. They ignore emails and I suspect I will never see my money again. Its theft.

I ordered a pair of trunks ahead of an upcoming trip. the company ended up sending the wrong model and color item. I requested the exchange with hopes I could get the issue corrected in time but the company had the item in dispatch status for over a week without any shipment actioned. not worth the premium price tag, given the lack of service and resources.

I ordered swim shorts for 120 euros. I paid a shipping fees of 20 euros. 2 days later shipping company requested me to pay taxes of 40 euros (nowhere on the website it has been mentioned!!!). So the total cost of swim shorts is 180 euros. The wrong Item arrived 5 days later. Sent a message to support, and they told me they would send me swim shorts in 1 day with taxes being paid. One week later I received another message from the delivery company, requesting me to pay taxes.

Sink Clothing is a very immature company with 0 customer service. How you can sell swimming shorts for 120 euros (180 including taxes) and not provide customer support? This is bizarre.

My Order went in Last March , now it’s almost the end of June & I have only received 1 item , not the other. sink swim ignore my emails now and I haven’t any information. Terrible experience and not a good or reliable company . I am out of pocket too !! They are not worth the hassle tbh

Quality of original shorts were great, logistics and customer service not so.

Sink Swimwear offers excellent quality and stylish designs, surpassing other high-end designer brands I've tried. However, their returns process needs improvement. Despite being sent a link to the returns portal, I couldn't log in or generate the return due to login issues. Attempts to contact Sink for weeks have been fruitless, lacking helpful responses.

I honestly wasn’t sure about ordering from here but after buying one of the hoodies id definitely recommend it if your unsure about buying something from here the hoodie i got is very high quality and the material is extremely soft and it hasn’t changed after being worn and put in the wash a few times unlike some other jumpers ive ordered. ive only had it a few weeks but its definitely a new favourite the only thing i can say is that id like a few more colour options but honestly its so good for the price and what it is.

I took a gamble buying from Sink clothing because I know with smaller brands the quality can differ from what’s shown in the pictures but I was very happy when I received my hoodie. It’s very good quality, extremely comfy and has become one of my favourite pieces of clothing.
