Received an email from singsaver regarding my paynow number. I’ve replied but till date, I have not received my rewards yet, only automatic replies by an AI bot.

I missed out on claiming my…

I missed out on claiming my CapitaVoucher gift, Jeremiah helped me to request for an extension. Appreciate it. One feedback is to inform the customer receiving the gift that the email is from DBS and not SingSaver so that we can keep a lookout and not miss the email especially since multiple DBS emails are sent in a week for existing customers.

Jeremiah from SingSaver helped me to submit an appeal. Checked email regularly for the voucher code but the 1 month redemption was too short as i was overseas when I got the code. He managed to submit an appeal for me and I was given another chance to redeem the voucher :) thank you Jeremiah!

Short redemption period but prompt service recovery

Was given a short (1 month) redemption period for a gift and I accidentally missed it. However Marrione from the Singsaver team looked into my appeal promptly and was able to grant an extension. Appreciate her help.

Quick action from Singsaver team to resolve issue

Applied for HSBC credit and the reward status was pending for longer than I expected. I email the team and got a response within reasonable time frame. They asked me to wait for another few weeks. However I had to travel for work out of Singapore for almost a month and missed on the redemption period. The singsaver team, Jeremiah was kind enough to get me an exemption to redeem the gift. Overall i think the window to redeem the gift is too short. I had some friends who missed out on the period to collect the gifts and had to forfeit although they were qualified.

Citibank & HSBC rewards-process time

For Citibank rewards approval came fast and efficient.

For HSBC rewards still pending and been informed that will need to wait for 5 months after card approved. :(
will not recommend to my friend for this card if the waiting time take so long. Hope they can improve the processing time of paynow rewards.
