NO THRILLS JUST DISAPPOINTMENT
My partner ordered 3 items and paid by PayPal. He then received an email stating all 3 items were 'out of stock', blaming a technical glitch.
Really?
We then checked the website and found that they'd actually increased the price of two of the supposedly 'out of stock' items!
There's plenty of reputable companies out there selling this stuff with 20% off.. shop elsewhere!

Emma, we're sincerely sorry for the cancellation of your order.
When you checked out you may have noticed the lack of product imagery throughout the website and, at this time, all of our product prices were incorrectly displayed too.
At that moment our inventory was also out of sync and we are still working on this. If you try to check out currently, you'll find that you are unable to, and it will stay this way until we are certain we've ironed out all issues.
Your order, had we been able to fulfil it, would have meant you purchasing 3 items at below cost price and we're sorry to say that even if we could have fulfilled it at the time, we cannot afford to do that in this climate. We felt that the best course of action in this situation, was to cancel and refund all orders made that we were unable to fulfil and stop further orders from being processed, until we were sure that everything was once again working as intended.
Again, we cannot apologise enough for these issues but we're working hard to resolve them and hope to have this work completed by later this afternoon.

Decent company
This is a real company, I received my item on time and has lived up to expectations so far, I hope this lasts.
The product does smell a bit rubbery though, but maybe that just needs some getting used to.
A LOT of their reviews are clearly fake but the company is genuine and does ship to the UK!

Don't trust product reviews, but company delivers
I was hesitant to buy from this company because the reviews for individual products on their website don't seem genuine. I still don't believe that they are because none of the reviews that I wrote (positive or negative) have been published. Also, there isn't much information available about some products (sometimes only one photo with unhelpful description in poor English). However, the company is legit and delivered my order quickly & discreetly. The products I bought were good quality, although I might have chosen differently given more information, photos & reviews. I might buy from this company again but I would look elsewhere first.

Cant get a response from them
Ordered on sunday wanted a item for my partner for the Monday as thats what they where offering on the website it cleary stated order within the next 2 hours for delivery on the 7th(next day) i waited and didn't get and notification of dispatch my account still says processing and i have tried calling them tweeting them and contacting on WhatsApp and cant get a reslonse from any. Never ordered from here so very anxious about the order its not letting me cancel it either. Tried asking what police station there break in was reported to got completely ignored makrs me wonder how true that is or what has been taken has severe implacations and breaches data protection. I have given the well over a week to reply

We are sincerely sorry that you've had so much trouble trying to contact us. Our offices we broken into over the weekend. The thieves removed computer equipment, which unfortunately included our telephony server, meaning our telephone and internet access have been offline.
Thankfully our warehouse is located elsewhere and only office equipment was lost but it has meant that all communications have been interrupted since Sunday evening.
If I could ask you please to contact us by email at info@sinfulthrills.co.uk and quote your order ID I will see to it personally that your order is either processed immediately with a 20% discount for your trouble or that your payment is refunded in full.
Again we cannot apologise enough for this Andrew but unfortunately this situation is not one we had any control over :(
