Overall, I was very satisfied with the return transfer from our hotel to Sharm El Sheikh Airport.

The only point that could be improved is the communication before the transfer. On the evening before our departure, I had to contact Sinai Taxi myself to ask for confirmation of the pickup. In my opinion, this confirmation should be sent proactively by the company, especially for an airport transfer where timing is important.

Apart from that, everything was excellent. The pickup was on time, the driver was very friendly and professional, and once again the vehicle was very modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and of a high standard.

The transfer itself was smooth and reliable, and the overall quality of the service was very good.

I would definitely recommend Sinai Taxi and would use their service again. One star deducted only because I had to request the pickup confirmation myself.

We have used Sinai Taxi multiple times during our stay in Sharm El Sheikh, and we were very happy with the service every time. Communication was excellent, the cars were clean and comfortable, and all the drivers were friendly, professional and reliable.

The prices were also very reasonable, with no hidden charges or surprises. We have used taxi services in many different countries, and Sinai Taxi is definitely one of the best we have experienced.

We will definitely use them again for future trips. Highly recommended!

Everything was ok , only one thing maybe for the future : i ask about car number and i receive the number but the european numbers are not the same with arabic numbers (on the egiptians cars) and was dificult for me to find the car ! But the driver has with one paper with my name and in the final was ok !

Meeting on time and smooth driving

We booked a round trip from Hurgada international airport to our hotel,
The Bus was clean and arrived on time, the driver was polite and friendly.

Also his driving skills were excellent.

I recommend Sinai Taxi a lot and will definitely will consider them again when arranging for my next trip.

We were apprehensive at first but the entire experience was very professional. They asked for information like visas and made sure that we would leave on time. unscheduled stops were entrtained due to us having our 80 yr old mother with us. Provided us with water in the taxi and yes it was a very accomodating company, with a 7 seater Staria
Price is generally very competetive with most taxi, that wasnt our factor only, english speaking was what we needed

It was easy to make a reservation.. fast responsefromcustomerservice.. my trip after 2 days.. Will see how the service will be

Fantastic service from start. We used them for pick-up and return. As soon as we landed we knew we would be surrounded with offers of a taxi but we spotted our driver holding my name up which took all the stress away, quickly loaded or cases and bags in and set off for the hotel. The website is easy to use and you get to choose the currency you want to pay in which makes it easier to understand.
Return journey was just as easy. Drivers spoke perfect English. Will happily recommend and use again

Я заказала такси в аэропорт Египта за 3 дня до прилета.. переписывалась с ними 10 раз до прилета, для точного подтверждения… они так и не приехали.. пообещали поездку обратно из отеля в аэропорт бесплатно .. я написала все детали, номер рейса, сколько чемоданов и.т.д.. Они вместо 12.00 дня приехали в 12.00 часов ночи ( типо я неправильно указала время) хотя я им номер рейса скинула, они даже не проконтролировали… в итоге ссылаясь на то, что они приехали в отель не в правильно указанное время, они мне сказали оплачивать заново новый заказ((( ужасно, больше никогда
