I ordered Moza indicators stalks from here as everywhere in the uk and elsewhere were out of stock. They were a great price and dispatched from Bulgaria and I received them in the uk in a week. You do have to pay import duty and dhl a fee but not to bad. Great thanks

missing packaging
missing packaging. The package was wrapped in simple black film without any protection. The original box was damaged during transport by the couriers, if an additional box had been used this would not have happened. If I spend over 200 euros, I expect more care.

Unfortunately, the Moza Multi Function Stalks come in a very unnatural packaging, thus boxes are not widely available for us to repackage the item before sending over.
We are working currently with a few companies to produce such additional, external packaging which will hopefully solve the issue going further.
Nevertheless, we take all criticism into account and want you to have the best experience possible shopping with us, so please if any damage was incurred during transit send us an email with the photos over to support@simracerzone.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

An Amazing company with amazing service.
I had an order issue that meant (Due to Brexit in the UK) I would have to pay an import fee to get my item. I didn't want to pay this so I emailed the company, who had already kindly been keeping me up to date about when the item would be in stock, and asked them if I could return it. They showed no frustration and were super helpful throughout the whole process. They are issuing a full refund for the product and there service alone should be a reason to use this company. But they also offer really great prices. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy any sort of simulator products as they are certainly the best I've seen.

Very positive experience
Very positive experience. Despite shipping delays due to Moza, they were able to get the trucking bundle to me within 1 day. Great communication as well. Will definitely be using this website in the future.
