Fair, professional company who do their best for clients
My experience with the organisation was generally very good. The initial handling of the claim was dealt with quickly and professionally. My claim did seem to get passed around a couple of times due to staff leaving etc which was frustrating but eventually it got taken over by Shazia Ahmed who was excellent. She kept me informed at all times, explaining processes and jargon so that I felt clued up. Her advice was always fair and realistic and I knew she was working hard behind the scenes to ensure I got justice.

In March 2025, I was seriously injured when a car knocked me off my bike. The aftermath was a difficult time, and after some research carried out by my partner, we made the decision to pursue a personal injury claim. We chose to instruct the Simpson Millar law firm to represent us in this matter.

Road Traffic Accident

Shazia Ahmed is the only person who has…
Shazia Ahmed is the only person who has actually done anything. The case has been going on for years and the only emails I received were ones informing me that a new person was taking over my case.
I've lost track of the number of people who have phoned me to introduce themselves and than I never heard from them again. However, Shazia has stuck with this case and produced a satisfactory outcome.
