We engaged Ffion Davies in a matter relating to education and her communication was clear and concise. We felt supported throughout, Ffion's approach was practical and pragmatic, and her expertise was clear and reassuring. Ultimately we got the result we needed, although I feel that we were prepared for all eventualities.
