Thank God I dont need the help of…

Thank God I dont need the help of solicitors very often I thought they were supposed to be educated people. I requested a call back and they state it will be from a 0161 0151 number this morning 0117 rang it was them oh yeah were sorting that out i explained that my Dad had had a personal injury splitting his head open hurting his ribs and back obviously requiring hospital treatment. The girl said there is a 4 week time frame no idea what she was on about 3 years to claim did she mean they were busy for 4 weeks NO apparently their policy is you have to wait 4 weeks in order to say you are still suffering. I wont tell you how to do your job but you have got to be the most unprofessional incompetent clueless and ill informed solicitors I have ever dealt with are you inploying that splitting your head open heals in a week or that it is not painfull and you have to wait 4 weeks to ascertain that. Ridiculous it is infuriating that all these professionals ? do is gather all my personal info and keep it for 6 years surely this is unacceptable I will eventually find one that is actually licenced and qualified to deal with such claims

Based on the information provided at that time, our team explained that it can sometimes be appropriate to allow a short period for injuries to develop or for any ongoing symptoms to become clearer before a claim can be properly assessed. This helps ensure that we have an accurate understanding of the injury and any medical evidence before advising whether a claim is likely to be viable.

This advice is not intended to minimise the seriousness of an incident, but to ensure that people are not put through the claims process unnecessarily if symptoms resolve quickly or if further medical information is needed first.

We are sorry if this explanation was not communicated as clearly as it should have been during the call. If your father’s symptoms persist, worsen, or he receives further medical assessment, you are welcome to contact us again so we can review the situation based on the updated information.

I cannot thank Mariya Gocheva enough for everything she has done for me during my childcare proceedings. This has been one of the most stressful and emotional times of my life, and Mariya has supported me every step of the way with such kindness, patience, and understanding.

I was so naive to believe they good…

I was so naive to believe they good people who can help with my case but I lost only very important time because of them. But when they said they will charge between 30000 and 40000 f I was thinking they probably know what they doing if service from them is so axpansive

The willingness to understand my…

The willingness to understand my situation in full was evident from day 1, I was given all the information and was walked through anything I didn't understand. I was given control of the options and was advised fully on what these options were and what the step to each one was. They were always available and if they weren't they would contact me asap.

Excellent education firm.

We had a complex legal matter relating to our child, and Simpson Millar took it on for us. They were excellent: clear, honest, courteous and careful to ensure they worked collaboratively. Heather Davidson really does care about the child, and the family, and she focused in on the key issues, agreed an astute strategy, and then worked tirelessly to ensure a good resolution for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simpson Millar in general, or Heather in particular, to other parents in tough situations. Obviously nobody ever wants to need a solicitor, least of all for their child, but if you do, this is an extremely good option.

We would recommend for Mesothelioma claims

We were recommended a specific solicitor at this company for our Father's Mesothelioma claim. She left shortly after and we had to choose whether to continue with Simpson Millar or go with the original solicitor. Simon got in touch and we were reassured by his email so decide to continue. Although Simon was very busy he did successfully pursue our claim for us and gave us a simple guide to the law which really helped. The admin post the claim was a little slow in terms of confirming the bank transfer and actioning it, we had to chase this a couple of times.
