Very quick and informative good company to buy from thank you

So what can I say - I have had a few interactions with organisation and without a shadow of a doubt, they offer the best customer service I have probably ever experienced. What is more, it isn't about one person there - but a culture of people who really seem to care. Thank you Andy specifically - you are a star.

I contacted Simply Sound & Vision as they were advertising an open box music streamer on eBay. They could not have been more helpful and answered all my questions promptly and courteously. The icing on the cake was the fact that one of their team, who lives quite near me, delivered the streamer to me.

In an age where genuine service is a rarity, Simply Sound and Vision genuinely stand out from the crowd. I purchased two wireless speakers and have been very impressed with the personal service (the second speaker being delivered to me in person) and the after sales support. I had a slight issue with the two speakers, and having spoken with the manufacturer (who was useless btw), I spoke to Simply Sound and Vision. Their approach was excellent; they put forward a solution to resolve and made it happen, keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront, throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending SS&V and will be using them again, knowing that in the unlikely event that things do go wrong, unlike many others, they won’t go missing.

Great communication with Andy Tkaczyk from start to finish! Purchased 2 audio/fire hoods for in-ceiling speakers and had them shipped to the U.S. Appreciated the prompt and courteous communications. Very professional.

Contacted these guys just before 3 pm to query stock and best price. Had what I wanted and £98 off! Delivered next morning, a Saturday. Helpful since purchase re some support needed. Highly recommend SSAV.

I was invited for a 2nd interview, spent 2 hours of my time there. The owner asked me ridiculous questions unrelated to the job spec. I originally applied to a Web Content Manager role and his question was, to give an exact quote: "How do I double the company turnover?"

I don't think he's aware of what the role he's hiring for entails as that was clearly a question for himself to answer. He also bad mouthed the current employee who was there stating that he doesn't know if he "is actually any good". Very unprofessional small minded business. His staff were all completely silent and didn't even acknowledge visitors, very awkward atmosphere and explains a lot!

He was also very rude to me, his exact words were 'Unfortunately we will have to get in touch with you again early next week' but never did. 2 weeks passed and didn't even bother to reach out for feedback.

I obviously would have never accepted an offer from this company based on my feedback above, however investing 4 hours of my own time, you would expect some decency from the owner to at least tell you the outcome but he is too unprofessional for that.

Clearly explains why the business is so small after 17 years of trading. I would stay away as an employee and as a customer.

Overall scarring experience and one to avoid!

I had an old Sonos connect that didn't work and I wanted to replace.
I spoke to Zena and she was very helpful by telling me about the Sonos trade up scheme. She gave me the option to buy another Connect or a more modern Sonos SL One. So I happily bought the SL One with the discount I got from having my old broken connect.
I would thoroughly recommend using them with this scheme and they were very friendly and helpful too. Something of a rarity these days I find.
