Bought two eSIMs
Bought two eSIMs , one for me and one for my husband. Mine was compatible, however although my husbands phone was on compatible list , he was unable to load onto his phone. Contacted simply sim, Jason was helpful and advised could get a refund or load extra eSIM onto my phone if I used up all data . (We were travelling for 4 weeks ) I optioned for second option. Whilst travelling my eSIM worked perfectly for Wi-Fi. Could only call via WhatsApp. All ok until Iran conflict . Needed to call insurance companies,bank, travel agents etc. Also did not receive text messages so could not receive OTP’s .This was a bit of a nightmare . Once my 30 days were up I contacted Jason to ask whether they could extend my time as I had plenty of data on my original eSIM . He advised use my husbands eSIM or add more days to my original eSIM . I chose the latter as cheaper . Once we were able to start travelling the opposite direction across the world I was able to also add Australia to my ESIM. Once we arrived home Jason did refund the unused Husbands ESIM straight away.

Bought 2 x e-sims for Vietnam and…
Bought 2 x e-sims for Vietnam and Cambodia. Worked really well for Android. I installed before I left the UK and was very easy to toggle on when I landed. Definately will use again.

Great customer service and an eSIM at a good price
Was travelling to Marrakech and needed an eSIM card for my iPhone. Unfortunately when I bought it there was a glitch n the system and it showed my new eSIM card as having used all the data I had just purchased! Contacted customer services who responded very quickly and sent me another eSIM card. Same thing happened again when I installed it. Tearing my hair out by this stage but the customer services guy stayed with me and reassured me that he would get things fixed and I would be good to go. He not only sent me a link to let me install a new eSIM, he doubled my data and made the eSIM Europe wide. Brilliant customer service and a suitable resolution to what he said was a network issue. Delighted with the outcome and will
continue to use SimplySim for future trips. Reliable eSIM too and had absolutely no issues in Morocco. Thanks again

Does what it says in the tin
Does what it says in the tin. Downloaded the esim, activated it when I arrived in Lanzarote, lasted 7 days and speeds were adequate for what I needed. Will use again.

eSIM in Turkey
I used simplysim eSIM for two weeks whilst in Turkey. It worked great no problems at all :-)

Excellent service, highly recommend
Really simple to select the plans I needed, with good choices for the 2 countries I visited.
Costs were good, I compared to other companies.
Good to have a website to show how much data I’d used too.
All round very good and I will use again when I have the opportunity to travel again.

The eSIM worked perfectly well for data…
The eSIM worked perfectly well for data use in the states. Used my phone as a sat nav in a hire car for two weeks with Spotify as well - all for a third of the cost of purchasing a data package from my provider.

At no point was I left without internet during my holiday, which made keeping in touch with family and navigating a new country via Google, Maps, etc a breeze. It’s great value for money.

The SIM is so easy to install and use
The SIM is so easy to install and use, Tunisia has poor internet infrastructure but there was no loss of service overall, only in one area that is a black spot for phone and internet access.
Would definitely recommend

Great experience in Indonesia.
The esim was easy to install, and activation following the simple instructions worked first time without issues. Reception and signal strength even in more rural areas of Indonesia and Bali was good. Will be using again on upcoming trips.

Intermittent service
Intermittent service on the phone the sim was installed on and very poor on 2 phones hot spotting. Wouldn't purchase again. I did have issues getting online at all when I arrived in Turkey and the online chat staff member (I think his name was Jason) was very helpful.
