After receiving a very stressed plant, I was delighted with the company response in following up my disappointment. The customer service was brilliant and Hannah was extremely helpful with her advice. I was grateful for them providing a fertiliser which would help the plant to recover. My Eden rose plant now has new growth beginning and I’m hopeful that the new buds grow and open before the end of the season. The second Eden rose plant that I purchased ( as a gift for my granddaughter) has already flourished and its blooms are now fading. It seems much stronger and was good value for money.

Hi Julie,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely and detailed review.
It was a pleasure speaking with you and I’m so pleased to hear that your Eden rose is now showing new growth. I hope it continues to recover and rewards you with some beautiful blooms soon!
It’s also wonderful to hear that the second Eden rose you purchased as a gift for your granddaughter has flourished and is doing so well.
Thank you again for your kind words about my support. It really means a lot, and I’m so pleased I could help.
Hannah, Customer Care
