We’ve had a really positive experience with Simply Logistic. The booking process is quick and straightforward, and the staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout.

Our deliveries are nearly always at very short notice, but they’ve consistently managed to arrange collections and deliveries within the promised time scale. Communication is clear and the whole service feels reliable from start to finish.

Would definitely use them again and would happily recommend.

Great service. Guy was on the ball straightaway and job done/POD all received within 24hrs. Got me out of a hole. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Absolutely amazing service. I was put in a horrible situation regarding needing to pick up my mother's ashes in a ridiculously small time frame due to my mother's partners bullying behaviour and it was obviously quite upsetting and emotional. I am disabled and bed bound and live in east anglia and the ashes were at a London funeral home. Simply Logistics gave me a quote and look payment over the phone and had them picked up within 30 minutes and at my property before 3pm tge same day. They were professional, kind, sympathetic and did the job perfectly and I can't recommend them highly enough.

From the moment they answered the phone, Simply Logistics were very helpful, and accommodating. George was friendly and it felt like I was speaking with a friend who was helping me out; I was panicking because we had a package we urgently needed delivered from Nottingham to London over night. And it was hard to find an over the weekend delivery service with a human being to talk to snd explain the gravity of thr situation to, to make sure the pick up happened (I was doing all thus from another country). I called Simply Logistics in the 11th hour, like around 7 p.m. on Friday, when I was getting desperate that there was no service that could help me get the package to London by Saturday..but they did it, and within like 15 minutes of when we booked the order, there was a driver picking our parcel up from Nottingham on Friday night and it was delivered to London promptly the next morning 10 a.m. as requested. None of that impersonal, online stuff that can cause you missing a deadline if you mess up one single pice of instructions (usually in the fine print)...that had happened to us, and we missed the pick up and had to cancel the order cuz the service closed Friday night and next pick up was Monday mornjng). Sure it was quite a bit more expenssive, but it was worth the peace of mind and the "hassle-free" ordering for such a important time sensitive delivery. George was kind enough to process everything while I was on the phone with him.. I didn't need to print any address labels out or even fill out the request online. He filled all of it or me and sent me the invoice and made sure to call me back (over seas) and double check the address and let me know when pick-up was taking place. I have nothing but the deepest gratitude for this amazing, easy-going service... my go-to delivery service in the UK from now on.

George provided great service and comms throughout were spot on, when we were unsure of what we needed and what was possible George put our minds at ease.

Excellent support and service. Had a very urgent requirement at the wrong time of year (wk before Xmas) and Simply Logistics committed and fulfilled the requirement. Well done team.

Fast, safe and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble even though we gave them less than 48 hours notice in the last few days before Christmas. We had a delicate item to send which was well looked after on its trip. The courier even arrived early too! George understood our requirements and couldn't be more helpful and was very responsive to our emails.

Wouldn't hesitate to use anyone other than Simply Logistics!
