Fantastic company

Fantastic company. Pricing is great and the product works seamlessly with easy setup. You can configure several ways to suit your needs. Their customer service is incredible. They respond to queries so fast, it is like having someone in the room to ask questions. 100% recommended. I previously used Azure which was incredibly expensive and virtually no support.

whatever you do dont go here offer trial but server is to small no one mentioned about reordering control panel where inclusive to offer odd was paid to cover it, n o control panel unalbel to see if i wanted to build my business up dont bother all be warned

Worse service ever AVOID

For over a year now I have been unable to access Plesk on my server. Frankly I got fed up with their lack of service and am now cancelling. Now they want to charge me a full month (10th July - 9th Aug) as I did not give 15 days notice. But the renewal is not due for 11 days anyway.

Problem solved immediately

I had a problem with the VPS because I forgot to replace the expired credit card. They assisted me by restoring the VPS in less than 20 minutes.

Greenhorn Assistance

As a complete newby the help desk was so patient and putting up with my greenhorn requests. Having never experienced VPS the guys helping me were very patient and very clear on their instructions given me to setup my VPS. It too a couple of days but that was largely due to my own inexperience in IT.
Really impressed with the service so far.

Problem Resolved

We had an update fail and called on Support for help. The update had corrupted files and it took quite a bit of work for the problem to be rectified.

We received regular updates and advice throughout the process and Support worked very hard until the issue was fully resolved.

We have used this company for years and find them excellent. Thank you

Reliable service for 2.5 years

In the 2.5 years I've had a medium sized VPS (they call it an M-SSD 3) with SimplyHosting, I have never had any problems that were not solved promptly, usually within 24 hours.

This might be partly due to myself already being knowledgeable about how to manage a Linux server and keep it secure, install or upgrade software etc but their tech staff are absolutely competent and reliable.

One time I upgraded the kernel and it wouldn't subsequently boot which they helped me to fix.

Another time the backup system's driver wasn't compatible with the kernel version and they obtained a new one direct from the supplier which got it working again.

They even recommended that I migrated from CentOS to Almalinux which proved to be a good decision.

Therefore I recommend them for your business and hobby websites.

The team at Simply Cloud have been great. When you have a hosting need, the key difference is going to be the level of support you receive.

Importantly, the response time and their ability to get stuck in to help solve problems in a timely manner is crucial. Here, Simply Hosting do a great job.

Our servers got wiped without them trying to contact us using a different mean.

Our servers got wiped.

We missed one payment because our bank account changed and for some reason the bank didn't switch over this one direct debit.

We didn't see the overdue notice since their emails went to our junk folder but they decided not to try call us, or contact us in any other way and wiped our server.

Not the first issue we've had with them, we've had password issues, they had problems with their company accountancy, etc. I believe I understand why their servers are so cheap, you get what you pay for. Sadly they keep upping the price quite regularly as well.

It's a shame because their servers run pretty nicely.

bad service not the best control panel…

bad service not the best control panel useless cant open tickets unless your logged in what if i need to open a ticket because i cant log in

You cannot possibly no everything about…

You cannot possibly know everything about server configuration it can be a minefield. I've always received great service in layman's terms, without being made to feel stupid and if I cannot rectify the team are happy to do it for me.

Excellent Customer Service

I have been using Simply Cloud/ Tagadab for my VPS for a few years. I could not log in a few days ago as VPS needed an update apparently. Support was very good, the update was done and the VPS rebooted and it was back running again very quickly. Excellent customer service, very reliable VPS.

1 star is too much!

1 star is too much!

Paid for my server 24 hours ago, the money has left my bank, it’s not pending and still no VPS. Opened a ticket at 10PM last night and they said not their department. Can’t do anything. Waited all day for a response. Nothing. Called this evening. Not my department. Nothing I can do!

What a shower of crooks! Takes money and doesn’t set up servers and no customer care. Shame on you!

Confused… why isn’t rating higher?

I had higher expectations for this company's rating. However, I have consistently received excellent customer service. The representatives are courteous and make a genuine effort to address any issues that arise. In particular, I want to express my gratitude to Benjamin for his assistance on staying on the server I was currently on after a price increase. He was exceptionally helpful.

I have been a customer of Simply Hosting for several months and have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of their servers. I have not experienced any unexpected restarts or other technical difficulties during my time with the company. It is worth noting that while setting up a VPS, there will be one scheduled restart, but this only occurs during the initial setup process and does not recur.

The price is completely justified and you won't find better value for your money elsewhere.
