Mandatory biometric entry
Great and affordable 24 hour gym, and just as good customer service. Equipment is always good quality and plentiful.
Disappointed however that they now require biometric fingerprint entry contrary to Article 9(1) UK GDPR. It's possible they still allow PIN entry to those who ask, but I was not offered this option when signing up, which is very poor imo.

All staff are really friendly, lots of available equipment and classes
All staff are really friendly and approachable. I've had a session with a personal trainer (Jack) who managed to make me feel like my fitness journey would be doable and really enjoyable and i left feeling not scared! I've since had another induction session on how to use most of the machines and I've attended some classes which I've also enjoyed ( I didn't realise I could sweat that much from thai chi!) The gym feels well spaced out with plenty of equipment and choice of classes.

Physio
After breaking my leg my physio advised I needed to use 2 x exercises that required specific gym equipment, Hence joining this gym. My induction with Karen was great and my talk with Scott ref my injury was excellent. Unfortunately only after one session 1 of the machines was out of order. Hence not been to the gym since. I would recommend it, not sure if I will stay though.

The sign up was easy
The sign up was easy, the equipement was good. The gym was open 24*7. The prices are affordable. Not to mention, the dressing rooms are super-good. All for a highly affordable fee.

I'm a member of Simply Gym Kettering…
I'm a member of Simply Gym Kettering Northants, great gym, plenty of equipment, clean facilities and free parking, but the main attraction is the staff, they're all amazing, they're all happy to help and lovely atmosphere, there are lots of gyms in Kettering but I wouldn't go to any other gym than Simply!

Great experience
Used the gym for a couple of weeks whilst visiting family in the area. I was really impressed with the facilities, there was a good range of equipment, staff were friendly and helpful and it never seemed overly busy. Would definitely use again when in the area.
