Five stars for Federica at the Chelsea location! It was my first time getting microneedling, so I was definitely a bit nervous since I didn't fully know what to expect. Federica immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly professional, caring, and so thoroughly prepared for my treatment. I walked out feeling so cared for and am extremely happy that I purchased the multi-session package. I can't wait for my next appointment with her!

I felt very nervous at first, but Dr Jessica Western took me in hand with confidence and professionalism. Dr Jessica explained about the procedure clearly and advised me what would suit me best and did not at any point pressure me towards other unescessarytreatments. I also knew the cost beforehand. Dr Jessica evaluated my face and made suggestions I had not thought of with wonderful results. So happy with the results I would never consider anywhere else other than Simply Clinics.

Great service as always! Even though there's a Simply Clinic much closer to me, I happily travel 1.5 hours to see Zeenat! She's a wonderful beautician, and her positive energy makes every treatment hurt a little less. Highly recommend!
