Simply Bedsides Recenzje

Loved the bedside tables but the drawers were too small. Contacted customer care and they arranged a collection and 2 days later we received a full refund.
Impeccable service.
Found another set of tables and have ordered those.
5*****!

Fantastic service. This is my 4th order from Simply Bedsides and I honestly cannot fault their product range, quality, website, delivery and communication. Website now saved as a favourite on my computer. Buy from in complete confidence.

Good communication good product, however rather than being left in the safe place it was left exposed to the elements and it was also delivered a day late despite paying £10 extra for next day delivery

Good products, reasonably priced and delivered on time

Stuff arrived earlier than expected, and is great quality. I called with a question and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Eas1y to make an order and speedy delivery made this an excellent purchase

Excellent product.
Fast delivery.
Great customer service and communication.

A pleasure to deal with. Will be ordering again!

Great item, good price, super quick delivery and great comms. Well done!

Exactly what I was expecting

It’s my second purchase , it’s simple the product is quality

First of all this is an excellent product and I would thoroughly recommend. But for me the customer service was second to none. There was a misunderstanding about delivery times but not only was I given my £10 delivery charge back I was also given a further £10 for pointing out a glitch in the system. At all times I had friendly personal chatty communication . I was bowled over. Thank you so much.

Quick delivery, goods as described on website, arrived in good condition

Easy ordering, lovely product and good delivery

We ordered two 'Modern Chestnut Bedside with Open Shelf' bedside tables. Nice tables, but they required sanding and re-finishing with a softer oil to reduce the sheen / reflectivity. They had a note saying that no artificial laquers or varnishes were used, but clearly it has a PU based lacquer / varnish that really cheapened the finish. Hence we had to be brave and lightly sand off this top coat and re-finish with beesway and Danish oil. Still happy with outcome, but not something you should need to do on new furniture.

Lovely, good quality bedside table & fast delivery.

The item arrived very quickly, and was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Simply Bedsides, especially as when I contacted them about a minor problem, which I had resolved myself, they responded immediately and apologised, and also gave me a small refund to compensate me. This is a high level of customer services which is rare nowadays.

Selling great quality and value for money

Super quick delivery and really pleased with the quality.

I’m genuinely so happy with my two mango wood bedside tables, and really impressed with the quality and service of simply bedsides start through finish.
Minimal assembly was required, and the legs of the table were adjustable to slide forward (allowance for skirting boards) which was something I was worried about. The wood is excellent quality, and I genuinely look forward to getting into bed and waking up in the morning to see them. Fast shipping and effortless process, being as they offer free shipping in the UK.

Great little bedside cabinet. Loved that only had to screw on the legs. Nice little stool as well. Fast delivery nicely packed. Had been looking for just this for ages.
