All good as usual with S.B. but Royal Mail took 7 days to deliver between two major UK conurbations, not good. I will not be using the slow service in future unles time isn't important.

Had the items i required in stock at a…
Had the items i required in stock at a competitive price,ordered and arrived in a couple of days.
There was a small issue with one of the bearings,purely a case of one small bearing in wrong allocation.After a brief phone call the issue was rectified straightaway and the correct bearing arrived next day.
I have used Simply Bearings before this order and will still use them again due to the excellent customer service provided.

Great price, easy to navigate website, good customer support and clarity of products. I wanted genuine Alko parts for my trailer - everyone sells "Alko" parts but on close inspection, they are not genuine - just parts that will fit. SB were very clear that their parts were genuine and 50% of the price quoted by Western Towing
