100% - highly recommended
In such an uncertain time with Brexit and Covid-19, we couldn’t have asked for more from Ben and his team. From start to finish, Simply Homes had our best interests at heart as a seller. Were there for us every day of the week and at any time of day. Given the market at present they sold our house not once, but twice within 48 hours each time! We genuinely question whether any other agent would be as proactive and successful as the Simply Homes team.

Sold our house quick and for the price we wanted!
We listed with Simply Homes as we found a property we liked which they were selling and after having various other estate agents around, we went with them because of their personal approach to selling our house. I had nothing but positive interactions with both Ben and Linda and they did everything they could for me to both sell my home at a good price and within a good time frame (despite Brexit uncertainty during Oct/Nov 2019) and get us the price we wanted on the property we purchased. We never felt pressured to do anything we didn't want to, which I know can sometimes happen with other estate agents who just want to get your house sold and move on to the next. We went from offer acceptance to completion within 8 weeks (including the 2 week Christmas break). Have already recommended them to our neighbours at our old property who were struggling to sell their place :) Thanks Simply Homes!

I have worked with Simply Homes for well over a year in the run up of a sale. The service was of extraordinary quality. I have been engaged in estates in the Hertford area for about four years, during which I encountered practices that range from cheeky to corrupt, and I came across some very black sheep in the local property market. Simply Homes stood out as a refreshingly honest and trustworthy business partner who left no stone unturned in order to secure me a sale. One could count on one hand the number of estate agents in Hertford that can be trusted. Simply Homes helped me out of an exceptionally painful and damaging situation. It is a rare gem in a very muddy field.

I would highly recommend simply homes. They are simply an honest and decent estate agents
I would highly recommend simply homes.
After 3 failed attempts at buying houses, I’d nearly given up all hope.
Ben was open and honest from the get go ( other estate agents should take note).
Throughout the process I dealt with Linda- again a very honest and helpful person to deal with.
I wish I had used simply homes from the start but all ended well as I found my dream home with thanks to Ben and Linda :)
