I have had nothing but great service from Simple Servers, they are excellent.

I am only a small customer but they have always been very helpful and prompt. The support I have received has often gone above and beyond what I expect and they have saved me a lot of time (and possibly money) by pointing me in the right direction on numerous topics. I have learnt a fair bit from their advice and often refer to previous support tickets to remind myself of a particular process or link. They have helped me out when I've made stupid mistakes and got my site back up quickly.

They have a great understanding of Magento, which was why I choose them in the first place, they didn't con me into a service I did not yet need (dedicated server) unlike my previous host and the cost is perfectly fair, in my opinion.

I have never noticed any particular problems or disruption to the service I've received.

Keep up the good work Simple Servers, I also recommend you in person to anyone who asks!!

It is rare to find such a high level of customer care. The support team are all excellent, response times are always low, and "fixed first time" rate is always incredibly high. Simple Servers are an example of how hosting should be done!

We've been using Simple Servers for a few years now to host an e commerce website. Certainly an improvement from our old server in speed. We don't really get many issues but it something does go wrong, the online ticket system usually has fast responses and always finds the solution. Overall very good, cannot find any faults!

Awful service and appauling response times. The package wasn't good enough for my needs. The speeds were not as fast as they sell themselves, so I closed the account 2 days after I opened it. Now they are refusing the refund!! Absolutley disgusting.

Outstanding customer service. Always reply within an hour, even at weekends. This is the first company I tried and I am very pleased with the product, service and pricing. Recommend
