This experience I did go in not sure of what you were going to get, but I must say the work men were professional in there approach to doing the work and keeping me informed as we went along the whole experience was well organised well executed and I'm very please with the work that has been done

Thank you to the engineer who installed my new Worcester bosch boiler, done a brilliant job, they were very thorough and made sure everything was left clean and tidy.

A very nice company, quality is at its highest. My mother is ecstatic we save money on our regular bills it has made a huge difference. I would recommend this to all. The owner of this company has done really well.

I had no clue on how this process works, honestly my initial thoughts was this can't be true. I phoned up, the team at simple green energy were very delightful, they explained the entire process to both me and my wife and booked me in. Within two weeks I had a new boiler installed. My wife and I are extremely pleased and the process was really simple.

I’m so glad i got this grant done i would most definitely recommend it, we had our boiler and cavity insulation completed by simple green. We save so much on our bills, and it was all free. Thank you!

We recently had our old boiler upgraded to a new Worcester Bosch boiler in March 2022. Naveed (Gas Engineer) plus 1 carried out the complete works. Professional job carried out and kept us updated of the works at all times. Tidied up once the works were complete. Explained the workings of the Remote Thermostat and all the associated warranty paperwork. Took away the old boiler and the rubbish generated. Overall very pleased with the works carried out.

The person who came to inspect the house was on time and polite. After that I never heard from the company again despite repeatedly calling, leaving messages and emailing. They drilled holes into my walls and left them open to the elements which I now have to repair. I wouldn't recommend this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR INSULATION REQUIREMENTS THEY ARE ABISMAL, TALK TO YOU WITH NO RESPECT AND AS MY DISABLED PARTNER GOT TOLD OFF THE INSULATION LEAD MEMBER OF THE TEAM I DO WHAT I WANT NOT WHAT YOU SAY .
DISGUSTING OUTFIT WHERE NOONE IS BOTHERED EVEN AT THE OFFICES. YOU NEED TO GET A GRIP OF YOUR OUTFIT AND EMPLOYEES.

Thanks to both teams that came out to do the cavity wall insulation and also the Dhanyal and Navid who came to fit my new Worcester Bosch boiler today. The teams were very thorough and efficient and did a great job. Thank you.

I have been chasing this company for almost 1 year. They installed a boiler for us which became faulty within weeks. I have tried calling emailing they have stopped all forms of communication. And most likely blocked my number. I spoke to a guy named Saf that kept promising me appointments and cancelling. His car broke down, his ill, he cant make it ect.. then i called the office spoke to a guy named Stuart he said I will get a call back then nothing. Goes striaght to voicemail.

They kept promising appointments and then cancelling cancelled numerous times with pathetic excuses. STAY AWAY at all cost. There is no proffesionalism what so ever. I dont know if their working from their back shed. Cowboy workers including admin team. Their incompetent and untrustworthy. They told us we will get a 10year warrenty when we called up valliant we was told the company only submitted basic 5 year cover. If I could give this company 0 stars I would!!! How can you leave someone with a boiler that is not safe. Gas safe have already checked this issue and also ticked it off as unsafe. I will be taking matters forward. DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY once they have your money there nowhere to be seen. I wouldn't be suprised if they wrote the 5* reviews themself! Working with this company has been a nightmare!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!

Whoever is having issues with tsimple green energy please report them to gas safe.

Had problems to start with, but send different engineers (Michael) who couldn’t be more helpful . Worked very hard till problem was solved . I can say he went above and beyond.
