Professional and timely service provided by helpful and friendly people
Used this company to obtain Energy performance certificate (EPC). They provide very fast and professional customer service. Vishal was very helpful and reachable for any queries. I will recommend him to anyone looking for EPC.

Well ,it was very easy process from start to end .I couldn’t believe how easy,simple and quick that was .I found simple Green on instagram .filled the form and same day I got call from them .customer service advisor was really great and she made everything very simple and quick .so I would say whole experience was great .first contact from them to finish the job .I would like to compliment specifically the boys who came for insulation .they have done job very professionally .I would say 20 out of 10 for insulators .

Solar panels installation
The team arrived on time at the agreed date. The installation of solar panels went well & was completed the same day.
The team were on hand to sort out minor issues with the installation and ensuring any problems were resolved.

Loft insulation.
The installers arrived prior to the allotted time, it was explained exactly what works were being undertaken.
Before works commence, all flooring and carpets were covered up with sheeting to avoid any mess, works were carried out within the allotted time frame. Any mess was cleared away before the installers left site.
Both installers were polite, courteous and acted in a professional manner the whole duration of the works

They were here installing a new modern boiler for most of the day always refusing drinks. They laid protective covers and cleaned up thoroughly before going.

The work appeared to be of a good standard, the workforce cleared up oncompletion, and took away all arisings and rubbish, they left around 6o/c the same evening for the long drive home.

Heating Issue Resolved
Heating was fitted by Simple Green in the Summer 2024, however when came to switch it on for the winter I could not get it to work. Vishal and his team worked very heard to try and get the issue resolved. Vishal especially was very efficient and kept me informed at all times and shows his compassion for the problem. I am very pleased to say it has finally been resolved and the house is lovely and warm again.
