Excellent service
Placed my order online (red/black two seater sofa), got a call the day after advising that the product came from overseas and an estimate of when to expect it. Email received a couple of weeks later with update and tracking options, delivered exactly to date/time-altogether a great service.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. I never recieved my sofa and was ignored when trying to make contact. When they did finally get back to me, instead of apologising and sorting it out I recieved a ton of abuse. They refused to give me a refund even when I didn't get the sofa!? Luckily Clearpay investigated and gave me a full refund. Their courier is on here with a 1 star review and endless complaints. I don't know how long my review will last but I wouldn't trust the other ones.

I have used Simple.furniture twice in the past 3 months for a Sofabed and a bespoke set of sofas. Both times the professionalism from confirming the order, follow up phonecall, pre-delivery phonecall and the actual delivery have been unapparelled. The quality of the the products have been perfect!
