BIG SCAM DO NOT TRUST (SOLVED)

Bought a service from them, nobody ever answered, nobody added me on discord, web chat is ignored and even the people that were publicizing their service in-game just ignored me.

Edit: They contacted me the next day and gave me an extra Mythic+ run flr the inconvenience. Apparently their customer service went dark but they ended up solving everything up, very appreciated and recommended. Forget what I said before

Great runs and on time

Great runs and on time! Heroic raid full week 2 carry and m+ carry. They were fantastic, and guided you through each mechanic. They time it if you play or don’t play.

Originally thought it was a scam like…

Originally thought it was a scam like most things in this world. However, at 1130 I made an order for the AOTC achievement and scheduled my raid time for 1pm EDT. Once I finished the payment, I then seen that it could take 24 hours to process and was pretty bummed but 15 minutes later I was messaged and asked if I wanted to join the fresh raid they were about to run. I even made an error in the spelling of my character's name, and they didn't make a big deal about it. The Heroic Liberation of Undermine raid took about an hour and 30 minutes to complete start to finish. The raid team allowed you to participate in the fights and also get the experience but if you died, they would res you at the end of the boss then summon you to the next. I will 100% be using this service again.

Amazing People.

Absolutely amazing. As someone who's done boosting services, piloting and more in my past, the people behind the carrying are shockingly kind, professional, and chill to chat with aswell. They got it completed in a timely manner, the prices are respectable amounts considering the split and have always been wonderful. I've been purchasing extra totems when PF reclears are dead on XIV for the past 3 years. Love em and have recommended them to every friend of mine since 2021.

Not a normal experience for this amazing group

Normally, this crew is absolutely outstanding. Not sure what happened this time. Dungeon farm was never completed. Whilst I understand a raid interrupted the progress, I can't get anyone to answer about the remaining keys. Multiple full group wipes this time around. Hoping this was just a fluke and doesn't turn into anything.
