Too quality vendor and one of the customer service I’ve ever seen.

Had and issue with a wheelbase after 6 months and they helped with the entire process in contacting the supplier.
Very fast to answer and providing all details necessary.

By Now We’re Guessing Your Sim Gear Is All Set Up (Its not) & You’ve Had The Chance To Take It For A Spin (I haven't)!

Ordered on the 5th of October '23, received an email on the 9th "Our supplier provided misleading information regarding the pedals' availability at the time of your purchase". Ironically the only reason i ordered from Simplace is because they showed them as in stock. Interestingly, Simplace are now showing them in as back in stock (2 available), but to date (17/10/23), I haven't heard anything from Simplace.

I will revisit this review at a later date...

Simplace made good on delivery, I contacted them via chat on their website and I was informed what was happening next and when to expect the order to be dispatched and the order did in fact land on my doorstep 4 days later... Even though the address didn't match that of the shipping address nor the billing address 🤔 thankfully I'm a dhl account holder and I know the driver well, so he knew where to go even with the error.

The downside to date is the delivery of the order remains incomplete, I was informed on the 24th the remaining part of the order would be shipped out to me. As of yet I ha ent had any further information regarding this. I'm fairly confident they will make good on this also.

Even with the hiccups, it's been a relatively smooth experience with Simplace. I wouldn't have any issues ordering from them in the future, even if they don't send me a free simplace coffee mug.

Really great experience. Had a problem with my FRS wheel and they solved it very quickly.

Contact from the company has been excellent. Kept me updated on out of stock products and replies very quickly.

Delivered quickly. Customer service was responsive instantly and resolved an issue I had with the shipping options on the website.

The pedal slider is a good product for sim rigs. And the shipping to the US was fast.

Delivery to UK was very fast less than one week. Monitor mount itself good quality sits perfectly on my gt omega prime lite rig and holds 24” monitor very stable.

Everything worked very well, delivery was quick and support was very friendly and responded quickly

Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss (wofür aber Simplace nichts kann!!!) ist der mega schlechte Paketdienst HERMES in Deutschland!!!

Ansonsten kann ich den Support und Begleitung nur empfehlen.

Company and equipment are excellent.
Delivery was poor and late , confusing messages from UPS about customs clearance that looked like Device had cleared customs twice when it had not.
When it eventually arrived it works as advertised and has become an essential part of our sim.
