Thank you Simon and your team , replaced a radiator in my bathroom and serviced my boiler , came and quoted for the works stuck to the price with no added extras , no fuss , no mess , excellent job will definitely use again if needs arise and for annual service to the boiler .

After putting up with a spasmodic functioning pump for our power shower , decided to call Simon Archer for his advice and assistance , he arranged for Chris to call by, as I thought , just to assess it, on arrival he checked it , made a quick call to Simon , proceeded to disconnect the pump , shortly Simon arrived with new pump and installed it , and at the same time , fixed a new shower head .
All done neat and tidy, no mess ,up and running in a couple of hours .and a fair price .
If you need a plumber look no further .

We needed to have our shower problems sorted out and have a kitchen mixer tap replaced. Simon and his team gave us their helpful advice and then supplied and fitted the parts needed. We are really happy with their work and that they tidied up well afterwards. We would certainly recommend.

I HAVE USED SIMON ARCHER FOR YEARS. THEY PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE, FOR INSTANCE, I HAD A HOT WATER PROBLEM ON SUNDAY, I LEFT A MESSAGE THAT DAY, THEY ATTENDED AT 8 a.m. ON THE NEXT DAY (MONDAY), SOLVED THE ISSUE & LEFT IN UNDER AN HOUR.

Came home from holiday to find water marks on the bedroom ceiling and water dripping through onto the bed… Quick inspection in the loft and could see water leaking from the tank.
I called Simon and left a message, he called back within 5 minutes and was at the house 20 minutes later.
Problem sorted within an hour.
All done with a smile and explanation of what he was doing so I knew what to keep an eye on over the coming days. This is the second time I’ve used Simon Archer Ltd and wouldn’t use any one else now. Excellent service
