Customer service was amazing. They noticed I had purchased two items the same instead of two different items that I wished for. They were able to change my order to the items that I wanted which resulted in me not having to spend time and money returning the item I didn’t want. A Converted Sceptic!
I have always baked my bread either freeform or occasionally in a loaf tin, and was sceptical about the effectivness of bread bakers or the cloche method, but no more! I purchased the Artisan Bread Baker in a gorgeous shade of red and was amazed at the crust and crumb of the very first loaf I baked in it. Super product. I'm definitely a convert!
