So on 5/14/2020 I ordered 3 t-shirt and a coffee mug, I received the mug which actually looked smaller than the actual picture. I have yet to received my shirts as of today date 7/4/2020. I'm constantly getting the run around about shipping, processing and that I have received my products not true. I even have an e-mail stating they are still beening process. What the heck is really going on. I would like my money or either the products.

I have not received my shirts! Terrible service. My shirts have been printing for the last 2 weeks. Do not order from Silverytshirt.com

Scam! Never received my shirt. Ordered a on 6/5/20 to have for Juneteenth. It’s now July 3rd and my order hasn’t been shipped.

Received my items on time for a trip. Quality of fabric was great and the size was true to fit. Thank you.

I am stilling got my delivery thought the shirts were butif u don't get them that Sucks called your phone got no info. If u can't keep with your orders don't advertise...

After making purchase, I notice the business name on paypal is a reputable tshirt company, TeeChip. (So I assumed an affiliated brand) SCAM #1

IOrdered 2 shirts on Jun 4. A week later, while tracking, the website was updated to reflect 5-15 business delay on shipping. June 20th, I contacted the seller for a status update; posted email address is invalid. Status by order number reflected that the order was recieved but neither printed nor shipped. June 25 I finally filed a PayPal dispute. Seller did not respond. June 28, I escalated my dispute to paypal. July 2, paypal returned my money. SCAM#2

I ordered 6 shirts on 6/5 and have yet to receive my order. When I look up the order it tells me that my order is being printed and that it may not ship for 10-20 more days due to covid. No printing should take this long. This company is ruining my experience with buying black .

Placed order on 25/4/20 still waiting for my order, it was for my wife’s birthday butterfly heart blanket.
I have been given every excuse for not receiving the goods, unfortunately like everyone else ripped off.
I’m now trying to get my refund, not having much joy at the moment.
Every month everybody should update with negative reviews to keep the pressure on to receive goods or until they get money back.
Keep the pressure on these scammers, so they are out of business, one bad review is not enough update your status and try to get your money back through what ever card you paid by.
Don’t let the conning scoundrels win.
Keep posting the negative reviews until you get your money back.
And make everyone aware to avoid SILVERYSHIRT, let’s put this company out of business ripping off hard working people in Covid-19 and any other time.

I’ve been waiting for over a month for my purchase. They’re more than happy to take the money but won’t even send a courtesy email to explain why the order is so delayed. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. It’s only now saying ‘printing’ and then it states it will take another 10-20 days to ship. Disgusting service.

Horrible customer service. I suppose they are using Covid as an excuse for delayed shipping, etc... However, I have ordered from other sites and have not had any issues. Thank goodness I only ordered one shirt. One and done. Never again!!

Paid for 2 t-shirts,only 1 arrived.
Made several attempts to email company & use company portal to chase up products. The company respond with a default email & nothing gets resolved thus meaning you are being ripped off !
T-shirt looks very good but customer service is very poor. Contacting pay pal then need to remove company from their list.

Ordered a blanket from a facebook ad April 21st. My order was picked up by a shipping partner and they still have it. The ridiculous email says tracking will update once it hits the destination country. I live in the same state. ... either their shipping partner stole my package or my package wasn't ever made, but what they did for sure is steal my money.

The only reason I gave this company 1 star was to allow me to write this review. If I could, I would give them a -10. Do not do business with this company. I saw their advertisement on Facebook and placed my order on the 9th of May. They immediately debited by checking account and within 3 days of placing my order, I received 2 different emails stating they received my order and had started putting it together. At the end of May, I requested, thru their system, information on the status of my order. After several messages they informed me that Silverytshirt USA had my order and I had to deal with them. After several more messages they also informed me that they did not have an order for me. I have now turned this nightmare over to my bank.

This company sucks. I tried to check my order status and it said my name and email address could not be found. When you call their 800 number you don't get an option to speak with anyone, just a recording. They are using the COVID-19 virus to rip people off!!!!

I wish I could complain to silverytshirt but their website is ridiculous. My order was made in May and still waiting?!!!! Track shows it in England but has not reached my address still waiting DHL will be getting a call and email. And will seek refund from my bank after reading all the other review on this scam company... Try buy black and you get duped

My experience with this 'company' has been a nightmare. Tried to change color of shirt a couple of hours after placing order. Of course the money was already taken. Forever later I was notified it couldn't be changed because it was printing. Well it will soon be 2 months since it started 'printing'. If I get a response to where my order is, I get almost the exact same email. PEOPLE THIS SITE IS CRAP. Maybe some got what they paid for, but most don't. And beware when similar ads pop under different names. They just change the name to keep scamming.

Mine are like others. Placed an order in March and received my tracking number shortly after. I get a notification my order shipped the first week of April and thats where it sits. It's damn near the end of June and the tracking number says it's expired and still shows it's in China. I emailed the company multiples times and have not gotten a response.

I AM SO PISSED AFTER READING ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS!! WE LITERALLY ALL HAVE THE SAME STORY!! TSHIRTS STUCK IN "PRINTING" STATUS I ORDERED SINCE 5/30, # IS BS, EMAIL IS BS!! I WILL BE CALLING TO DISPUTE MY PAYMENT WITH MY CC COMPANY!! TIMES IS HARD I WILL NOT LET THESE THIEVES RUN OFF WITH MY MONEY!!!

I ordered a blanket April 6th and the tracking info I can get is that it was returned to Cost in May.. got an email it was shipped, but still waiting (today is june 22).. not sure what return to cost means but i guess I can kiss my money good bye.. and i ordered a pair of sneakers too and they are still printing.. expensive mistake!
