My Fox Float 38 fork crown (steerer?) had corroded. No problems at all, these were replaced under warranty and I asked for Orange top caps and Fox Factory Orange graphics, they look fabulous. Really fast turnaround as well.

I had to contact silverfish on 8.8.23 as I was having g issues with an order I was attempting to complete online. The agent on the phone completed my order very quickly and efficiently, professionally and informed me he would pass me onto the person who deals with the website and pc issues. Again this was dealt with professionally, efficiently and patiently. To cut a long story short I believe it was my phone blocking the issue and now it works without a fuss. To top the whole issue off the item I wanted and ordered I received late yesterday via UPS delivery and only took 24 hrs from ordering to delivery what a great service! Cheers silverfish 😊 very pleased now my bike can be used

Similar to previous review bought a pair of Ride Concepts shoes from Tredz last year. Just outside of the year warranty the sole did start to detach from the upper. Reached out to Ride Concepts who agreed that despite being out of warranty this shouldn't happen. Was put in touch with Silverfish being Ride Concepts official UK distributer and within 2 days had a replacement pair on my doorstep.

I bought a pair of RC concepts from Tredz October last year, 9 months later they start to separate around the toe box. I got in touch with tredz who (maybe they just had a bad day) seemed to sit on my email with warranty concerns. I got in touch with Silverfish as they’re the Uk provider (nothing directly to do with my order) and within (literally) 1 day I had a brand new pair in my hands. All I had to do was make my old ones unusable (which Mike reckons I failed to do 😂) Mike squared me away (despite giving him an incorrect address) super nice dude, very helpful. Real folk, easy to talk to, nothing is too much hassle.

Ordered an urgently needed crank spacer for my Race Face crankset and it was delivered the next day. Can't get any better service than this. Thank you

I had a warrnty issue with an item I purchased from a well known brand which produces components for Bicycles.
The Cusomter Service at Silverfish was fantastic with prompt responses to all communications.
From first to last contact Chris was great.

bought shoes that were instock - still no delivery 2 weeks later and a load of excuses why they couldn't get it together to deliver - Id probably avoid and try somewhere like tredz who are like greased lightening with getting your order to you. shame really as its only a pair of shoes - how hard can it be to send a box of shoes?

These guys are great - dealt with a delivery problem (not their fault, DHL lost the item) efficiently without fuss or drama. Have used them many times before and will be using them again.My go to shop for all things Fox.

I had a issue with a item from a different company, However as they are the UK distribution they happily sorted me out! No doubt use them for shopping in the future!

I'd ordered a pump from them and it had broken fairly quickly. That's when their fantastic customer service kicked in.
A spare part with full instructions arrived the next day. They solved the problem with out any fuss. Really impressed.
