Great fast easy application and communication

Very quick response and good, fast and friendly service!

Silver chef was great for sourcing the items we required and rectified any issues we had quickly

I could not believe a staff within Silverchef will share our transaction detail with a 3rd contractor without checking with us.

I have been using SilverChef for almost 12 years and never had a problem up until now. Change of hands maybe or just getting greedy.
They have added new ‘fee’ called a processing fee which now makes it impossible to get your full security deposit back. I had applied and got approved to upgrade my equipment (which I have done before, no troubles and no processing fee). I had already paid a deposit and the equipment was already on the way from overseas before they sent me the “processing costs” information. Information which was not in my contract I signed in 2020. Had they have given me the correct information before I paid my deposit I would not have upgraded my equipment.
I am certain it is not legal to add extra costs to a contract and then send the information through regarding extra fees AFTER the deposit to upgrade has been paid.

Very efficient and smooth process

I initially thought that they were amazing and I suppose it’s not really fair that why I don’t any more because it’s a bit more of a personal situation but what I didn’t think On was how difficult it would be to pay these payment a year it’s a short time to pay off equipment when you’re just starting out a business. I didn’t realise how difficult it would be also because I have four contracts are taking four separate payments out every week. It’s weekly and it’s caused me a lot of problems a lot I think if they offered some kind of long-term loan they would’ve done that. I would give them five stars all day long.

Super service

Very easy process to get equipment. Just signed the forms and had everything delivered . Easy payments that are manageable. Friendly representatives who is spoke to on the phone were super helpful . Very happy

Buyers and renters be where many hidden fees including a processing fee $250 per item when you return after rental term ,on top of any other charges they have, Just an easy way not to return your bond.Ridiculous

Great communication and efficient service

Such an easy process to get finance and then rent equipment for my store. A fantastic way to reserve money for the day to day operations, whilst also being able to upgrade the shop equipment without the huge outlay.

Have used silverchef many times and they do not disappoint! Always an easy experience.

The application process and signing documents was quick and easy. The equipment arrived when we were not expecting it and we had to install it. Thought there could have been better communication around delivery.

Great for when you want to add or replace anything from dishwashers, stoves, grills, tables chairs they help with everything.Customer service is always great and applying is easy. Silverchef makes adding to your business affordable not eating in to your cashflow.
