My experience with SilverChef, is that they really look after their customer's, and all the team members you speak to are so easy to deal with, the prices are very affordable, and the items (coffee machines) I've rented & I'm renting are in perfect condition. I rented Brullen Acai Machine for a 12…
I rented Brullen Acai Machine for a 12 months contract and purchased a few equipment. During consultation and finance application process I had Clear communications with Silver Chef team, finance as well as their nominated dealer called Atlantic Equipment. I had good experience up to the delivery.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Be careful before you signed the contract
Bought a veggie cutter for my restaurant about $1900. The equipment doesn't turn out as we expect it to be. Call them up they said i can change to different equipment but it have to be around the same or more expensive than the one you currently have (this is call upgrade the equipment). If you are looking for return the equipment, you have to pay whatever rental amount left until finished one year lease plus you have to pay for cleaning service fee, postage fee as well.
Silver chef is great tool to help business for cashflow. However, just making sure what you are getting exactly what you need otherwise you will be stuck into the contract like us.

Run a mile
Run a mile. Never ever buy from silver chef. Just do a Google search of their reviews and see why. Especially stay away from any of the rent to buy schemes etc.
They have so many hidden costs and fees and ridiculous maintenance fees...postage fees.... absolute scam of a company. Please please avoid at all costs.

Since the coffee machine installed , it has problems always, it took much longer time than expected to get the technician to check on each report, days even weeks long.
