Sil-Mid Limited Recenzje

Was easy placing the order, quickly sorted and done. Arrived on time stop on.

User friendly site and prompt reply on delivery, would recommend.

Couldn't fault them, easy transaction and great follow up from Tom.

fast and friendly service, Jessica couldn't do enough to help, thanks

Still the same values now towards customer service as when I first used them many years ago .

GREAT SERVICE FROM SALES TO TRANSPORT.

I ordered goods at 9.30am, by 10.00am I had received an acknowledgement saying that the goods had been despatched today, service doesn't get any better that that!

The order delivered on time, earlier today - can't complain there. I opened the box and the packaging was great, lots of polystyrene chips, all good so far......However, I took the boxes of Lotoxane out from the polystyrene and both were wet and smelling of Lotoxane. 3 loose bottle tops in one box and 4 in the other - one of which was only 1/2 screwed on - and probably 1/4 of a bottle spilt. All the other "loose" bottles have lower levels that the bottles with secure tops, but not by much. Giving you 2* because of this - not happy.

Sil-Mid contacted me within 45 minutes of my posting this comment above. Very rapid response from Sales Director to resolve my problem - Excellent 5* service for the resolution. Thank you

What an efficient company! Easy to order on-line. The order arrived promptly - and was exceptionally well packed.
Well done to all concerned at Sil-Mid.

My online order arrived promptly and was extremely well packed.
Many thanks for the service

Very helpful when I needed to order over the phone rather than online and our goods came 2 weeks ahead of the stated lead time. I am a happy customer.

Service received was second to none. Dealt with Dave Burgess who I found very helpful.

Our company has placed many orders with Silmid in the last few months and we have always received outstanding customer service. We have been kept informed and the staff have always tried their very best to get orders to us in tight deadlines. Any problems are solved within the day.
Definitely recommend.

Many thanks to Maria for all her great support with our orders.

The service was really beyond the expected. Very fast and smooth, I got my products in less than 24 hrs, what is amazing.
The package is perfect and the prices are competitive. This is for sure, one of the best places tu buy this sort of products!

I have found Silmid to be competitively priced, they possess good product range availability and the website is easy to use and order from.

I was looking for a relatively obscure product, hidden away deep with the bowels of an engineerig drawing. Locked away behind a mysterious code known only to a secret few, which had long since been lost in the mists of time.

Long I searched the mighty Google, until finally in almost abject desolation, it gave me after much searching an alternative to the ancient and mysterious code. I tracked down a mysterious tribe of merchants called the Silmids, hidden amongst the interweb and said, "Behold can you supply me with Everlube 9002?"

To which a reply came to me carried by the mystic winds, "Yes, but it's got a 59 day lead time!" I wandered off chuckling to myself, "lovely jubbly, and thank you very much."
