Cool products, awesome customer service

Cool products, fast arrival and awesome customer service.
I ordered a bunch of pullovers for my family and all came in good condition but one had a little defect. It's LED lightng was only working on 3 LEDs instead of 9or and I got a new product super fast without any hesitation.
I didn't even expect this to happen so easily that's why I am super happy with my order.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Bestellung kam super schnell an und die Qualität des Artikels ist der Wahnsinn. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Retourneren kost geld!

Het versturen duurt een aantal dagen, maar de gewone kersttruien zijn verder prima. Echter kost retourneren geld (5.95€)! Dit wordt ingehouden op het terug te storten bedrag.... Dit staat niet op de speciale retourpagina vermeldt, maar verstopt in de algemene voorwaarden, niet heel netjes... Let dus op...

I like the fabrics. The sizes are a bit larger than normal, but not by much and so it doesn't matter. Fast delivery, I am very satisfied

Oplichting bestelling

Heb een bestelling gedaan en deze geprobeerd te annuleren naar wettelijk herroepingsrecht. Er is met het bedrijf op geen enkele manier contact te krijgen, formulieren voor annulering en retourzending op de site werkt niet. Geen telefoonnummer, geen reply op emails en chatfunctie die niet werkt en niemand aanwezig.

Heb het pakket derhalve geweigerd op te halen en is retour afzender. Op de site dat voor deze optie ze 20 euro inhouden op betalingen!!! Dit mag wettelijk gezien helemaal niet en alles aan dit bedrijf riekt naar oplichting, misleiding en fraude. Het wordt opmogelijk gemaakt om normaal contact te krijgen of iets normaal en wettelijk te annuleren of retour te zenden!!

Tot nu toe geen reactie, geen geld terug etc. En dit voor een bedrijf in Duitsland, ongelovelijk. De tijden zijn veranderd, bestel hier nooit!!!

Deze review is naar waarheid en op basis van echte bestelling gedaan en bestelnr: NL5857. Omdat duitse bedrijven er tegenwoordig een handje van hebben voor elke hun niet welgevallige email een advocaat op je af te sturen en te sommeren je review offline te halen, omdat dit het bedrijf schade zou berokkenen en geen echt klant zou betreffen, ook dit is gewoon wettelijk niet toegestaan en chantage!! Ook hier kunnen stappen tegen worden ondernomen en een bedrijf kan gemeld worden bij het EU consum center.

Overigens vind ik nergens in het duitse register dat het inschrijvingsnummer correct is of klopt en is een telefoonnummer niet vindbaar.

NOOIT BESTELLEN!!!!

Retour is expensive

I was very sad about paying for my retour. I thought it was for free, because I haven´t seen any information about the cost, when I ordered. That´s the point, why I never will order again at the shop!
