They offer really good support. Very friendly staff and it's not expensive at all! Most competitive prices on the market. Would be cool if they also offered dedicated servers :P

I’m gonna post a full on review here since I’m in the mood to chat. Overall Silky has been one of three hosts I’ve used in my time, the others being game host specifics and website hosting. I won’t dive into those but focus more on Silkys VPS sides

Their cost is shockingly the best on the market. Their prices are what I would expect from OpenVZ VPS’ not full on KMV, and it’s not like they’re going for cheaper VPS’ worse hardware. I’ve never had an issue with it other than the hardware restrictions set by the package I brought myself.

Support time, it’s always been done in at least an hour, I’ve had responses up to minutes of the ticket being sent, having corrective action taken place not so fast, but it’s nice to at least be acknowledged that it’s taken place (not dissing it here, corrective action generally takes place within 12 hours anyway)

Available locations, there only one but eh, you can’t complain at the prices, and I’ve never noticed any more or less latency. I could believe it’s in the U.K. (where I am) if they hadn’t told me.

Overall being a client of Silky has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to all people looking to get a cheap, good VPS.
