This is a scam! I have tried to cancel my subscription and received the below:

LOL the audacity, as soon as i received the jewellery i knew it was a scam as the products arrived broke and it was cheap tatt! I am complaining to my bank and also reporting to visa and trading standards as this is illegal.

Don’t use this website it’s a scam! Said that they’d give me a free box of jewellery would just have to pay for delivery then somehow I’m locked into a 6 month subscription and under no circumstances was my told this when signing up! When asked to cancel on several Occasions, I was ignored. The jewellery is also very cheap quality. Reported to my bank and they’re now blocked.

Don't do it. I signed up for this using a referral from my friend and they say first box is free, you just pay for postage and packing which was £4 roughly. The next package it suddenly jumps up to £12.99 and it's not even a proper parcel/box. It was an padded envelope. Not £12.99 worth of postage and packaging. Then when I tried to cancel, they refused and said it's a minimum of 6 months. Don't do it. It's not even that great quality of jewellery.

Do not sign up for anything with this website!
I am now signed up for a six month subscription that I did not want nor did I allow. When I emailed customer service no one has been able to help me or even explain to me how this happened. Once I wrote an honest, but negative review, someone did reach out but still has not explained to me how this happened or even help me not be in a subscription I have not signed up for.

Trust me you are better off avoiding this company!

Great stuff, good quality for value, and great design

Do not use this website, they do not tell you upfront that your signing up to a 6 months subscription, they make it look like it is a one off payment for postage, now when I’ve tried to cancel as it states on their website, they won’t allow me and keep sending the same email over and over again. I need to contact my bank to stop the payments and also have logged complaint with trading standards.

Delivery took a little longer than i expected, items of great quality, very pretty items i received, would recommend to friends and family

Iedere maand schrijven ze €12,99 af van mijn creditcard. Maar ik krijg niets binnen!! Geen pakketen helemaal niets!! Pas op, wordt geen ambasadeur want je betaald en krijgt er niets voor terug. Al 4 maanden betaald en met hun in gesprek dat ze 4 paketten moeten sturen. Ze zeggen telkens het is onderweg, maar helemaal niets!!

Scam ! Scam ! Cheap jewelry ! You’re better off buying jewelry on TEMU or SHEIN for better quality ! They have sent me the exact same things twice . I tried to cancel but they REFUSE . They say if you cancel you have to return everything OR pay 50 per item as that is their value . I’m sorry those pieces aren’t worth a dime . They will continue to charge your account …every month it’s the same thing . Another small pouch w crap jewelry in it . CANCEL ME AT THE 6 month mark ! Stop lying to people

Misleading Subscription & Unauthorized Charges

I signed up to Silk on Me under the impression it was a one time purchase, one-time offer for just £4.99. Nowhere during the sign-up was it made clear that I was agreeing to a recurring subscription. The following month, £12.99 was taken from my account without any prior notification or consent.

When I tried to cancel, I was suddenly told I was “locked into a 6-month contract” — something that was never made obvious during the sign-up process. It feels incredibly deceptive.

The customer support was unhelpful, and the cancellation process was deliberately complicated. I now feel stuck in a subscription I never intentionally agreed to. This feels like a predatory business model, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

I love getting new jewelry every month it’s been so fun I’ve only been doing it for a few months however and I had an amazing experience so far.

This company did not say this was a contract, no goods received and keep trying to take payments. Contacted no response. I’m 15 with no money and this is a scam! My parents reporting this company

Further to taking action with my bank (after my first review) and getting my money back, this company never emailed me back and have attempted to take more money from me this morning, I have let them know clearly this is an unauthorised payment and essentially theft. I never even received the first order so I thought I’d won and they had cancelled, clearly not, they just want to keep running this scam. Don’t let them, initiate chargebacks with your bank and block the merchant!!
Oh and looking into this, all they do on trust pilot is flag up 1 star reviews to try and get them removed, 67 flagged reviews this year!

Complete Scam. I signed up to Silk on Me thinking it was a free box to showcase their items, but then I've just had £12.99 taken from my account with no warning. I've tried to cance and I've basically been told that I am locked into a 6-month contract—something that was never made obvious when signing up. It's deliberately misleading and customer services are far from helpful. The next lot of payments now say £50 per month until the 6 month period has ended and noone is able to help me at customer services. I've told them I genuinely can't afford this commitment and they literally don't care. TO TOP IT OFF - they're taking my money and the boxes aren't even arriving!

Customer service are brilliant, delivery was quick and painless and the jewellery is beautiful. It doesn’t tarnish at all and withstands my 8 month old’s grabbing and pulling!! 10 out of 10
