Canceled the order before it ever shipped. Congratulations on taking a simple process and making it so overly frustrating and complicated that you actually drove me away. It's okay, though. I sent one of your competitors the exact same request I sent you and had exactly what I wanted, without all the back and forth, mistakes and complications, AND it cost less and took less time.

Your staff were great. Your website for creating a design is extremely confusing. if you have not done something like this. There are many missing steps that are not explained---you must have a representative to understand this. You need a teacher to redesign your website---you have had a tech guy design this, and HE knows what he is doing, but the customer does not.

Great phone customer service!
Since my order didn't sync-up perfectly with the products offered on the website, I called the customer service phone number and the representative helped me through my purchase to ensure my order was exactly as I wanted.
