Completely unscrupulous people have created this website with only the intention of tricking trusting consumers into giving them money. I just fell into their trap like so many others have and finally realized I have been arguing with AI for weeks! I am angry and drained. Why are these places not investigated for fraud after so many terrible reviews are posted?
I ordered 2 items - a dress and a shirt. Only the shirt arrived even though both items were shown on the supposed shipping confirmation. It took weeks to supposedly come from Wyoming to British Columbia.
The shirt is a joke and the dress never arrived at all.
The only reason I thought they might be legitimate was their address was shown as American. Obviously fake also.
A few weeks of being tricked by an AI customer service finally led to a refund on the missing dress so that is something. The whole experience has soured me on internet shopping altogether.
I will never purchase online again without checking Trustpilot. Wish I had known about this sooner.

I loved the style of the shirt and read that it was cotton/ linen. Received it yesterday and it's terrible quality, definitely synthetic. And the cut isn't even as advertised! So disappointed, what a waste of $50!!! Emailed them and they said it's "a blend of cotton and linen" 😡

After contacting paypal for order not being shipped in over a month, they immediately shipped order. One item wrong size, one item hole in seam, was not a cotton fabric like they state. Was a coarse blend of some kind. Tried to return and they wouldn't refund money if I did. Was offered a 40% discount if I kept. It has been a couple weeks ago and still no refund of money. Stay away from this scam company.

I ordered a shirt. I checked the fabric details which stated cotton linen blend. I waited weeks for delivery and nearly gave up hope but it finally arrived. A nasty rayon polyester type fabric. The darts nonexistant and seams in the wrong place. Fit was right size though. Won't purchase again.

Product material is not what they say it is. Refund is only on faulty product so they cover themselves. The way they come back with a quick response when you complain & ask for a refund they are geared up for this & to me it seems like they are scamming people.

No tags to advise where the product is made, what it’s made of (but it’s definitely not a blend of cotton & linen), or how to care for it. When you try it on it doesn’t sit right. The only resemblance to the website picture is the print on the material.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. Do not order from them. They adverstise as being cotton, natural fibers. The clothes I recueved are not as advertised. Terrible fabric and patterns. The sizing is way off as well.

I ordered six blouses it came to $169 first I opened up the package. The material is not even the material that’s shown online. It looks totally different. The size is right but the arms are too tight. Online all the blouses show that they’re like a quarter sleeve they’re rolled. It looks like it’s made that way but no these are long sleeves . so I contacted the customer service, now they’re wheeling and dealing and wanna only refund me partial so I finally got them up to 60% and I get to keep the shirts. I get to keep the shirts that don’t even fit in the arms. What would I wanna do with these shirts. I’m gonna have to donate them. then they proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to return for a full refund that I would have to pay $10 on each shirt for shipping so I’m gonna have to ship these out and pay $60 to get my 169 back makes no sense. I’m so over the back-and-forth they keep saying the same thing over and over buyer. Beware I will never order from them again. Online it says that if they return within 30 days, we get a full refund obviously that’s a lie.

Although the return address for the tops I received was in Montana, it took almost a month for them to arrive. I ordered the smallest size they offered (Small is my normal size), and they are so big they hang over my hands and off my shoulders. Very cheaply made. When I contacted the company, they said they could give me a 40% refund (no returning the tops I have). I was not happy but agreed. Then they said they cannot give me the refund now. They will contact me some time in the future when they can. Not likely. This company is a scam. I doubt the tops are worth more than $2, although I paid $40 each. What a ripoff.

The pictures of the soft cotton,linen tops as pictured are not what they send you.The sizes are very small. I ordered 2X) and the fabric is not a soft cotton. Probably polyester.
Their site will not let me post my review. All 5 stars on their site. Impossible!

The website photos are beautiful, but their clothing is not as it appears on the website. The blouses I received had no content or care labels and did not appear breathable or cotton/linen as described. Their return policy states you can’t try it on! Their size guide is completely inaccurate. They offered me to (1) pay them more money ($10) for a smaller size without returning anything or (2) they would give me a 40% refund.

Advertised as cotton, linen blend. Items were very poor quality, polyester and looked nothing like the photos.

Where’s the cotton. Cheap thin silky material. Said it was cotton but wasn’t. This company needs to be shut down. Looked for tag on shirts. There is none. Also paid for faster shipping and didn’t receive it until later.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could.

In the first instance I am allergic to man-made materials, so I was delighted when signscustoms.com advertisiments boasted 100% cotton fabric, or a blend of cotton and linen.
When I received my garments I was disappointed as, very obviously, they WERE NOT constructed of % natural fibres. I tried one of the tops on and almost immediately began itching. I searched for a label which would've informed me of the materials used however, the only label sewn into the top was the sizing.

I immediately emailed the company, outlining my issue and asked for their address so I could return the tops for a refund. I received an email back suggesting I couldn't return the items as they weren't faulty. They offered me a discount of 40%. Which begs the question why would I want to keep items (or pay for them - discounted or not) when I can't wear them?
A flood of emails later, their attitude did not change despite my research into their practices. In Australia we are lucky to have governing bodies which have very strict guidelines for what is acceptable in selling wares and what is UNACCEPTABLE. The signscustom.com website has broken many of the rules.

FALSE ADVERTISING:
Their website and advertising clearly states the use of 100% COTTON fabric. It isn't.

MISREPRESENTATION:
Signscustoms.com suggested that I couldn't return the garments as they weren't "faulty". In Australia, clothing that does NOT have a label (listing fabric type/ fire hazard/ laundering instructions etc.) attached comes under the umbrella of "faulty"

INTIMIDATION:
To obtain their address so I could return the items, depended upon me agreeing to accept a discount.

Given I paid via PayPal, I have sent a lengthy email to them, not just to alert them of signscustoms.com extremely poor business practices, but also to cease representing the business.

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT'S A SCAM.

I have engaged a lawyer to aid in getting my money back, alerted the ACCC and the ACL and involved PayPal. One of my friends has a (fashion) Instagram account and she is going to alert her subscribers, show the advertising screen shots I've taken and talk through the emails I've received and responded to.

I hope my efforts alert enough consumers so that nobody else is affected, or loses money, by believing in signscustoms.com fraudulent practices.

I ordered the appropriate size for me but the items were too small, they offer $6 and I could keep the tops and order another size. As I had ordered the largest size this was not possible. I bought 2 blouses advertised as cotton/linen. When they arrived 3 weeks later, they looked terrible, and were made of cheap polyester type material. So disappointed as I thought they looked really nice on the website. This is false advertising.

I purchased three blouses from
signscustoms.com. Their website kept coming up on a games app I play, and the advertised women’s blouses looked beautiful on their website. The blouses were advertised as a cotton – linen blend fabric. I ordered three blouses and it took three weeks for delivery.
So disappointed when opening the package because the blouses were not as advertised. Cheap thin polyester fabric, ill fitting, not resembling the website pictures.

Signscustoms.www website clearly states “30 DAYS” Free Returns. The website offers two options:

I agreed to a $10 “approximate” charge per item for returns (3 items =$30.00) because the other option was to keep the merchandise for a 40% reimbursement of the total….$40.00, which was disgusting. Both options were disgusting.

My return requests were acknowledged immediately after being sent (AI generated). After resending my original return information several times, I kept receiving the same response. Finally, their last response was:

“We understand that you would like to proceed with returning the three blouses and accept a credit of approximately $10 per item. However, we are currently unable to directly process or confirm any refund or order status changes at this time.”

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!!!!

I wish I had had reviews to read prior to purchase. My opinion is exactly the same as the other reviewers, Advertised as cotton fabric, I was thrilled and ordered 4 shirts. The package arrived 3 weeks later. There is no way the fabric contains any cotton. Submitted a return request 3 times without any response. The tops feel like they as re made of rough, scratchy tissue paper. I was so disappointed, then to not receive any response is a double slap in the face. I hope people read the reviews before ordering anything. We can't all be wrong.

Absolutely horrible. What a scam. This is where AI technology gets you. Beautiful website. Loved all the patterns and the look of cotton and linen.
Once I finally received the product I was so disappointed. It feels as if you are wearing a plastic bag.
I tried the bogus customer service number to no avail.
Sent several emails to no response. I was duped
Do not buy this garbage.

I bought a blouse from Signscustoms clothing line that was advertised as cotton. It arrived some weeks later and there is not a bit of cotton in it. It is totally some horrible shiny petroleum based synthetic. It cost me AUD$68 with shipping. To return it would cost me another $30+ with no guarantee it would be replaced with cotton or a refund.
Needless to say I will not shop with Signscustom again, nor any other online merchant for that matter.
