Disgusting company. Took my money and never sent a confirmation/dispatch and never received no order. On email they responded once and now my emails won’t deliver to them anymore so clearly blocked my email. Appalling, should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves!!! Will be contacting the bank and reporting them!

0 stars, this company is bogus needs to taken down. Clothes look nothing like advertised, cheap Chineese clothes ripping us off. Never buy from them

This company sells rubbish, the customer service is rubbish would give them no stars if I could.
The goods were not as advertised and they would not send a free returns slip as required. They will steal your money

Scam company. Order never arrived. No explanation or refund. AVOID.

Ordered 2 items for my wife as a Christmas present and they were never dispatched, despite numerous emails to the company. Subsequent correspondence has been ignored for a refund, so I am now out of pocket from this rogue outfit. I would therefore, advise anyone else to think twice before purchasing anything from them.

I have placed an order back in January and after not hearing anything for 1 month I finally raised a case I raised a case with paypal. I then finally heard from their customer service to explain that they had been having supply issues and apologies for the delay. I understand and I they mentioned if I place another order to let them know and they will keep an eye on it. I have placed another order over a week ago (Order 6473) and I have still not received my items and have now emailed 3 times with no response. I am starting to get concerned again - please communicate with your customers!

More lies! Shock they’ve lied to me again. This issue has been going on since November 2024 and yet they still haven’t resolved it. It’s been 21 days since they’ve promised me a refund and yet nothing has materialised. They’ve taken accountability on losing my items and then assured me they would give me a refund.
I’ve followed up on an email asking where my refund was and had no response. Once again I say this but if I could give a zero star review I would!

My advice to anybody looking to buy of this website is please don’t!

O stars!! Order not received- sent several emails and company only responded to one.
No tracking number information. Gift was ordered Feb14th and almost a month later NOTHING…
Do not- I repeat- do not order from SiennaLondon- they go ghost, I’m out of money and no gift for my special person…
Simply Criminal!

Ordered goods in November 24. Have received nothing, other than a couple of unhelpful emails, suggesting I might get my order in 'several weeks'. Utter con and I am clearly not the only one.

Ordered before Christmas. Seven emails to chase matters and apart from a poorly worded and badly spelt response I have not received my order or any replies to recent correspondence. It’s a scam. A complete scam. Website still running. Just avoid.

Older went in well b4 Christmas...£75. Never arrived....no communication, no refund!! DO NOT buy from these! Scammers and although it's a severe description......robbing thieves....

I ordered 3 items pre Christmas for my wife - order no. #6456. nothing was delivered.

I have tried contacting on several occasions and had no responses. This is fraud!

Order placed on 22 November. on contacting Sienna London in Dec 24 to ask where is my order Clement Foreman said she would ship out immediately. nothing happened. fast forward End of Jan they ignore emails, taken over 120GBP and nothing. Shopify doing nothing.

They’ve taken my money and have now gone radio silent, I’ve tried messaging them through the email they give and even on their instagram page and have had zero reply!
The items have still not turned up and when you use the tracking link they give you it still says being prepared.
I will never be buying from this company again and suggest to all of you that you don’t waste your time buying from them either.
I contacted my bank who have opened a case against them and conformed they had set up the payment as recurring so they could take further payments when they wish, this appears to be a scam!
Stay away and don't be fooled.

First time I've ever been caught out - thought it was the site I'd bought from previously so didn't check into.
Site now down...note to self -always double check or use credit card for online purchases!

Update 06/02/25: In interest of fairness, I did get a response after leaving this review, with vague promises of goods being delivered if I took the review down - the fact that I have paid for them 27/11 should mean they are delivered, but I will update accordingly

Nothing … total scam. Any 5 star reviews you read cannot be real , so don’t be conned. In fact send me your cash instead lol

Places on order 3 December 2024. Received nothing. Sent an email had a response to say replacement out. Have still received nothing. Asked for a refund. Again nothing.

Now no longer answering emails either.

I placed an order on 24 November 2024. I received confirmation that my order had been placed. To date I have received nothing. I emailed and as in the previous review received an email from Clemente Foreman apologising and stating that a new order would be resent and it would be with me in 10 days. I am still waiting and there has been no response to my two further emails.
