Great price and service... except... package was very heavy and duct tape was broken so box was delivered fully open. Fortunately nothing was broken or missing.
Great price/quality ratio items, fast shipping with regular %discounts or sample items added to orders. Highly recommend. I am a regular for quite some time now.

late delivery/missed parcel
After confirming the registration of the order, which was on Saturday, MY PROTEIN estimated the receipt from Sunday until Tuesday at the latest. On Tuesday evening, following my notification, they asked me to wait another 24 hours, after which on Wednesday they asked me to wait another 24 hours. I did not agree and asked for a refund or to send another correct one in priority mode. They confirmed that I would receive a new shipment with another package and that I would receive tracking information for the shipment as soon as possible. Of course, they only wanted appreciation for how well they do their job and nothing else. No trace of the old package, no trace of the new package. No sign of a refund. A company with no profesionalism people and the worst courier company, EVRI. On the last order, they stuttered for three days for a priority shipment with 6-7 emails contradicting that the package was delivered, it was not delivered, it will It arrived in two days, no, it will arrive tomorrow, then it will arrive tomorrow when it actually arrived at my place! Once upon a time, you could trust this company, MY PROTEIN! At such a level of professionalism, many will give up on them in a hurry. That's why they ask for so many reviews, because they are weak in terms of preparation! Totally disappointed with them, I can't wait to get my money back and go back to OPTIMUM NUTRITION which are a little more expensive but I've never had any problems with them.
