Shuttercraft Recenzje

Raj and Punita were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We originally contact them for a quote at the end of 2024 but weren't in a position to proceed. They didn't hassle us for a decision but when we were ready they responded very quickly and arranged a quick catch up appointment to get everything confirmed. The fitting day went seamlessly and Raj was very efficient and apart from the shutters being visible you wouldn't have known he had been! I would definitely recommend them!

Thank you Gene for making the whole experience easy and a good product
Whole front of my house now looks complete and very appealing from the street …my vision was accomplished with your help !
Thoroughly recommend this company and reasonable for the whole friendly service and quality shutters ..
You will not be disappointed …!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Shuttercraft! From the free home survey and precise measurement to the final installation, everything was absolutely flawless.

Raj did a perfect job with the installation — every detail was spot on, and he left the place spotless afterwards. Punita was incredibly professional and warm throughout the whole process, keeping me informed and making everything so easy and pleasant.

Although the shutters took about 10–12 weeks to arrive (as they’re made in South Africa and need time for shipping), it was well worth the wait — the quality and craftsmanship are outstanding.

If I ever need more shutters in the future, I’ll definitely go straight back to Shuttercraft without a second thought. Highly recommended!

We are really happy with the shutters in our cottage…..the windows were quite tricky as nothing is very straight in an old house. They were able to fit them on an arch window too. They are easy to use and feel very well made. The different options from a split tier design are perfect for both privacy and letting light in. Order them - you won’t regret it !

After comparing quotes, we chose Ben for our shutters because he was knowledgeable, reassuring, and not pushy. He handled everything himself, installing shutters on all 27 windows in our 4-bedroom home, including two French windows. The results look fantastic and really open up the space. Ben’s pricing is reasonable, he offers a guarantee, and we highly recommend him.

So very pleased with our new shutters, they have completed the decoration of our house and look amazing. Highly recommend Shuttercraft who make the process so easy from start to finish, always keeping you informed along the way. High quality product. Thank you Andy so much for such a professional service.

Would highly recommend. Ben was friendly and professional. Communicated well throughout, apologising and advising of a delay outside of his control.
The shutters look fantastic and were competently and efficiently installed by Ben. Very happy, thank you!

You’ll be delighted if you order from Shuttercraft. The whole process from survey to fitting is really professional and the shutters are excellent quality.

Very professional first contact with all measurements etc taken at the time. Price quotation promptly provided and very competitive when comparing with alternate suppliers. Delivery lead time was a bit long but well worth the wait. Installation well done given the circumstances of very uneven and decrepit window frames in a 50 year old property. Very satisfied with the result as it upgrades the whole property.

Rahj and punita was a pleasure to deal with from estimates to fitting no hard sell very pleased with shutters would highly recommend to family and friends.

What a fabulous company to deal with! From the very first appointment to the final fitting, all were very courteous & well informed. Quotations arrived promptly, even when we asked for another wood to compare we got this quote promptly too. All easy to understand & clear to see any discount offered.
Shutters arrived within time agreed & fitting commenced within the week! So very pleased with the whole experience. No mess or fuss just quality. Our windows look fantastic & just love how they make our property look too. 😍

I love my new shutters. What a difference they make to our home. Shuttercraft are great to deal with, they were honest about delivery times and seamlessly fitted them on the day. There is a charge of £20 to remove the packing empty boxes though.

Really happy with our new shutters Ben is very friendly, helpful and happy to give advice if needed. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. We can't fault the workmanship and would definitely recommend. Thank you Ben

Absolutely love our wooden shutters they are brilliant…they really make our conservatory look like a new room …brilliant professional job & jim talked everything through & left the room gleaming…couldn’t have asked for any better ……

Raj and Punita provide an excellent service and Raj installed quality shutters.
Genuine people, no big selling technique, we were very impressed by this husband and wife team.
Recommended.

Very happy with the blinds and speed of fitting on the day. The guys were friendly and tidy.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the long wait between ordering and getting it fitted.

From start to finish -excellent! Thank you!

Raj and Punita really listen to you! They understand your needs and offer suitable products to match. No sales pressure whatsoever. After confirming our choices, the process from ordering, communicating installation dates and to the day(s) of install was seamless with no stress or hassle.
