Very friendly and helpful personnel at the reception. Storage facilities are clean end dry and well organized. My only issue was with the elevator which malfunctioned the first time and the lift company’s response was slow and not professional. However, in general a top facility.

Facile d'accès et liberté d'accès à tout moment de la journée. La plupart des personnes que j'ai eu en ligne ont été à l'écoute du client, ils font leurs maximum pour aider le client à avoir le box qui convient. Je suis satisfaite du service.

Très réactif au téléphone
Très réactif au téléphone. Serviable, positif. Expérience digitale moyenne (enregistrement de l'app avec un code obtenu sur place). Box propre, conforme aux attentes. Cadenas. Site vieillissant mais propre. En revanche fermeture 21h00 trop tôt surtout en juin ou il fait jour tard! Je suis revenu le lendemain pour terminer de décharger mon déménagement. Du coup 2 jours de location de camionnette.

Wanneer je wilt opzeggen, is het personeel van Shurgard niet meer vriendelijk
Ik heb sinds 2019 een opslagbox bij Shurgard, en elk jaar hebben ze de prijzen flink verhoogd. Ze sturen je altijd een brief om te melden dat de prijzen omhoog gaan. Toen ik echter op 20 december 2024 wilde opzeggen, vertelden ze me dat de voorwaarden voor opzegging zijn veranderd. Nu moet ik een volledige maand betalen als je niet vóór de 15e van de maand opzegt. Ik vertelde hen dat ik niet op de hoogte was gebracht van deze wijziging, maar ze beweerden dat ze het recht hebben om hun voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen en dat klanten de website moeten controleren om te zien of er iets is veranderd. Dit is illegaal en in strijd met de rechten van de klant. Het personeel in Zaventem, zelfs de manager, zei simpelweg dat ze niets kunnen doen. Ze zijn niet meer vriendelijk en behulpzaam; alleen om nieuwe klanten binnen te halen glimlachen ze en doen ze behulpzaam. Dit is een zeer slechte service.

Les prix affichés sur notre site internet s'appliquent à la redevance mensuelle de votre box de stockage lors de la signature de votre contrat et resteront inchangés pour une durée d'au moins 6 mois.
Lors du prochain ajustement de la redevance, vous serez informez par courrier ou par mail.
Nos collaborateurs sont disponibles pour vous aider et de vous conseiller à ce sujet.
