Goede service

Eerst was ik skeptisch over shugard…

Eerst was ik skeptisch over shugard maar ik kon een aantal schoonmaakmachines ergens ophalen.
Dus ik met spoed op zoek naar een oplossing (opslag) en kwam als laatste optie uit bij shugard (hoge prijs vandaar) ondanks de hoge prijs had ik binnen 1 uur een geactiveerde opslag ( ik stond al met de machines bij het filiaal) Bij die locatie zijn ze er nog extra opslag naast aan het bouwen dus ik kom een andere daar om een machine op te halen voor gebruik deed de poort het niet, wederom ik shugard bellen en binnen een aantal minuten was de poort open.

Keurig ruimte

Keurig ruimte, schoon en goede transportkarren. Twee liften, je staat nooit lang te wachten. Instructies vooraf waren heel duidelijk, daardoor kan je ook de eerste keer zonder begeleiding je ruimte in. En natuurlijk heel aardig personeel!

Wij zijn super tevreden over de service…

Wij zijn super tevreden over de service en locatie van Shurgard. De extra ruimte en vrijheid om bezittingen te stallen en rustig uit te zoeken is een redder geweest in een noodsituatie. Ook geeft de ruimte de mogelijkheid om goed georganiseerd te raken zonder te veel chaos in huis. Alle communicatie met Shurgard gaat soepel met ook goede telefonische hulp.
