So easy and perfect size. Feels very safe.
So easy and the storage unit is perfect. We've never had an issue getting a trolly and the lift access makes everything very easy. Feels well protected with the codes you need to access the building/unit etc.

Wonderful Staff
Though the day of moving became very frustrating due to broken or faulty electrics causing issues with the gates and lifts Juliet and Ashley we wonderful and very helpful moving us to a floor we could access. They are wonderful, polite and understanding making a stressful day a little less stressful

Robbery
Hi, I’m very disappointed about service of woolich storage, we been robbed during the Xmas, nobody broke the our store but all our expensive stuff been taken. We reported to police , but because Menager Ashley gave wrong evidence, our case been closed. It’s doesn’t make sense what’s maneger told us. He even didn’t give us right time and date when was this happened, we going to open another case to investigate everything on details as it’s seem staff involved in this crime. Avoid woolich storage if you want to be safe .

Problem with Mice
Friendly staff, but the actual storage service is poor because Shurgard has a problem with mice. You will notice that, by the various white mice traps round the units.
Unfortunately, a mice died in my unit and the smell penetrated the clothes. I had no food items, just lots of resources/books for teaching and there was one box of clothes that I had to ask shurgard to dispose of because of the ghastly stench, which penetrated the clothes.
They did not give any compensation, even though I paid a monthly MANDATORY insurance.
So, ensure you check your Storage unit atleast every 2 weeks to ensure your belongings are kept in good condition.
